Bookmypacket — item returned without cancellation

Ordered item through Yepme.com for a party trouser-brown in colour 1 no whose courier partner is 'bookmypacket' is returned the utem to Origin without informing anything to the receiver. I wrote the same complain on 13.6.2018 too. Today, when I recheck the tracking Id, to my astonish, the Origin item is shown Faridabad and delivery address is Imphal West. Seeing the packet movement history, its the same i.e. pickup from Okhla on 6.6.2018 and delivered to Okhla (RTO) on 8.6.2018 showing item declared return to Origin on 74.6.2018. This declaration of cancelling the order is not done by me at all. It can be confirmed by seeing the attached two different files of bookmypacket. Also see the Yepme status report.
