My Sister planned to go kerla and booked an Package for 3days, paid 6000. Today She called them and asked regarding the Package they didnt gave an proper response. She tried so many times finally they lift and said some vendors problem so cant arrange your trip, Finally I asked an Refund to book some other travels. But they Cooley said will refund the amount Later. At 1st they continously called and explained about the package and send an account details, they tell me within 30mins transfer the half of the amount. She trsansferred though, once they got the Money didnt gave proper response. 1st thing is they gave an false Commitment and not gave an proper response. Really We lost Our Patience and got more Stressed. this company gave an false commitment, For totally my 1st anniversary spoiled because of this company not gave an correct Information. My Wife Kirthiga Called & Mailed to that Company but there is no response from them. They Said Will transfer the Amount today, the day get over again my wife called and asked them again they said will refund today. This is the answer fron them for Past 20days happening. Finally they said today 7th of Feb 2017 some Bank problem is their so will refund soon. For this Money she had saved Without knowing me, now that money is not in her hand. Kindly clear the Problem ASAP. Because day by day my Sister(Kirthiga) get more and more Stressed due to this company behaviours. Yesterday they said will refund your money today/tomorrow 8th Feb 2017 itself, but til now no response from them. My sister called them today they said Ankit & Karthick is in leave tomorrow is the dead Line for your refund money. Definately will refund you full settlement. My sister belived them but i wont belive them. They said Will Pay 3000rs then once you resolve my complaint will pay another 3000rs. My Sister&his Husband already raised but no respond from your end so Please take it as an Serious matter.
