I've booked a holiday package to Kerala via bookmyvaccation, After all the discussion over email and phone, they have given a quote of 22500/- for accommodation and car travel and asked me to pay half the amnt to confirm the booking. I've done the IMPS transfer to their Axis bank Account

As i was looking for some tour package on line, in this context i received a call from ms. Aarushi from bookmyvaccation about the same, she had mailed me the plan and details in mail. And on 1st feb 2017 i have transfer rs.11250 as a booking amount as per their trail mail (Receipt no uw2so0ge5428 in their axis bank account). And rest of the amount rs. 11250 on 4th feb 2017, they have promised me that they will send the flight and travel details...

I got a call from this company regarding holiday packages.
they ensure me of a trip for andaman and nicobar at a very low rates.
they told me to book my flight tickets and ask me to deposit 25 % of total amount of flight.
i transfer through neft 25000 rs to their account and later from next day, they are not picking my phone .
once they picked they told me to make a mail of cancellation and refund, then my whole...

Actually me, my husband and finally my sister raising an complaint against them due to they are not refunding my money 6000rs/-. Till i didnt received my money. My personal suggestion friends plesase don't choose this bookmyvaccation for you jolly trips, because that company is a cheating company. It almost 1month over but they are not refund my money also fake &false commitments. Due to this company i had lots of stress and fractuation....
