Bookmyvaccation — Holiday package fraud

I've booked a holiday package to Kerala via bookmyvaccation, After all the discussion over email and phone, they have given a quote of 22500/- for accommodation and car travel and asked me to pay half the amnt to confirm the booking. I've done the IMPS transfer to their Axis bank Account

After paying the amount the response from them was pathetic, Before payment I used to get calls and after payment on 31'st Jan where my travel date is Feb20. i have to make calls and they did not respond properly, They said n no. of reasons like vendor confirmation not received, elections, holidays etc etc. They are now not picking the calls. one observation from me is that their website is now redirecting to mastiholiday.com. earlier it was http://www.bookmyvaccation.com
Please help me in getting my amount back.
