I have brought a book from bookshopofindia.com ten days back.
still i haven't got the book even though i have informed them via email
. It's highly regrettable that their customercare team had not contacted me
so far.I want to know reason for this delay in dispatching the book.
If response from their side is in this manner I would request for the refund
of money I spent.So kindly request consumer...
I have sent one multicity cheque to bookshopofindia.com for purchase of three nos of books and i have placed order as per their criteria. my order no as shown in their websit was BOI 6409. But even after a long two months I have not received their books nor I have eceived any communication fro the website > i seek an immediate intervention from your organisation...
