[Resolved] Bookshop Of India — book has not arrived even after more than 10 days.

I ordered a book with order# boi71551 on 2/8/18. It has been more than ten days and i have been waiting patiently but i have not received my order yet. I need that book for an important exam in september and half the august is almost which leaves me with even less time for preparation.

I would like to know how much more time it would take for my order to reach me or if they cannot fulfill the order i would like a refund. The book cost me rs.553 which is not a small amount either. I have tried contancting them via email and their customer services but it was no help as there was no response from their side. Most of the people order these books for competitive exams and they should not play with their futures like this just for money.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I emailed them several times in a row on their website and was able to get a response that they have shipped the book to me and that it would arrive soon. I finally received my book today.

Bookshop Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
