I have ordered a book named social cultural and economical history of himachal pradesh from a e commerce website www.bookshopofindia.com on 2nd of february, 2018. I have already done online payment for the book. But since the day i ordered that book i haven't received a single details about tracking and shipping.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

The Order ID:BOI70351 Dated:12/27/2017 is not delivery yet even though full amount has been paid. Kindly resolve this issue. Please delivery the book or refund the amount. No customer care responded to my e-mail after repeated mail aslo.
