I ordered a book with order id : boi73819 dated 12/18/2019.

I paid inr 270, their website accepted the order and they have not even shipped the book yet.
All i have received is an e-mail, the screenshot of which is attached.

Book name: tmh mathematics for class x by anil kathuria, lalitha srinivasan

Billing and shipping address is:
Utkarsh jain (House no. 1678/7, sector 7, kurukshetra, haryana)

Either a refund of inr 270 is required or the order is needed to reach me by end of 2019. I won't shy away to seek legal help after that.
