Bookshop Of India — paid money for book but not shipped yet and even not able to login and not able to recover my account

I have purchased a book on 23/12/2019 of 535 rs the book name is "incredibly believable!" my login id is "prashant06" and registered mail is [protected]@hotmail.com
Now i am not able login in my account
They have deleted my account and i am not able to even recover my account from forget password.
And even i am now not able to find the mail in my mailbox at the time of order i have received a mail but the mail is not showing in my mail id i have checked 4-5 times
I have attached a file in which the debited amount is mentioned.
Please return the money or send the book
Please resolve my issue
