Good News...finally... Dear members, I was also looted at M/s Bookshop of India through their usual practice (they collected advance payments and did not deliver the books). I tried countless time to contact them over phone as well as via e-mails. Their phone was always switched-off and my emails remained unanswered. However, when I submitted a complaint to Ministry of Consumer Affairs (http://consumeraffairs.nic.in, [protected]@gov.in). M/s Bookshop of India resurfaced instantly (within 04 hours), apologised for the delay and made refund offers. Long live ... Ministry of Consumer Affairs...
