Following are the details regarding my order: Actual order date: 01 april, 2016 Order number: [protected] Ordered items: two samsung 32 gb memory card class 10 Price (In rs): 249 * 2 = 498 Shipping (In rs): 100 Total (In rs): 598 Order date mentioned in receipt: 03 april, 2016 Invoice number: jwh[protected] Delivery date: 08 april, 2016 When i received the memory cards, delivery boy did not allow me to check the items in parcel. After paying the amount of rs 598, when i unpacked the parcel, it contained two samsung 32 gb memory cards class 10, each with 5 years warranty. The issues i faced with both the memory cards: 1: one out of two is not working. My mobile is showing it as damaged sd card. I am not able to even format it. 2: another memory card is working really really slow and mobile goes into hanged state each time i access anything from the card. Kindly note that i already use a 32gb samsung memory card that i had bought from other company which is working totally fine and fast in my mobile. So the faults that i have mentioned above are only with the cards that i have received from bookthecart.com. I tried calling the mobile numbers provided on bookthecart.com. But one number is busy and another is switched off. These are the numbers: [protected], [protected]. It really gives the feeling of being cheated. I request you to kindly take some actions about these faulty items and help me to get the full refund.
