I have ordered sari and dress for my wife but received totally different product. Even invoice and tracking details of product is not available for booktocart website. I want to initiate for refund process but site is not working also there is no tracking number or bill details provided by booktocart. Even i tried to search customer service number or email address but unable to find it on website. I have invested my 1320 rs. And now i want it back. Kindly help me to get it resolve.
