I had received a wrong product from the website “www.booktocart.com”
When i went to the website for returning the product, there is no return option. I also tried calling the number given on the bill but the number remained switched off for a long time. I do not know what to do with the product and i’m clueless about how to get the money back too......

I I have ordered code bs30 saree but I have receive wrong product totally so cheap road side product these company sending .I want to return this. No mobile no no mail id is there so that we can talk to them .when we are paying you correct amount then why you are sending shameless this. What we should do where we can talk pls give customer care no .when a lot of complaints is already fired against this company then why it's not shut down...

I ordered golden color saree but as soon as i received the package and i opened it and was shocked to see that they cheated me with the wrong very worst blue color saree... I want to return it back and such a fraud company... Poor product can't suggest to any one to buy this seller products... I ordered a black saree but wen i have received the product it was totally different from what i ordered. Bad experience worthless product. The stuff is such a road sided ones that i would never purchase this product in rs 100 as well.

It is not the product we have ordered it is echanged and it is the worst product send you are contact number or else we complain to the consumer court the date we have received is 5/21/2018 send our money back and take the product return from us and cancel all other products we have ordered in you are company it is the worst product ever send you are contact number regain you are product from us as fast as possible...

I ordered for a lehanga on 5/12/18 (Order no :6572) and received very low quality sari instead. When such shopping sites are open at least provide details regarding how to contact you people. Only after ordering the product i realized that this site never provides the same material as ordered by the customer. Please note that the order no. SKU: BS-116 was category handloom saree blue and peach geolrgette saree, but we have received wrong saree with color gray and fabric was also different and very poor quality we cant accept it. We need the product which was ordered by us. If we will not get any revert with in 24 hrs from ur end we will submit your complaint with consumer forum

Product returning option is not available on the above mentioned online shopping website i. E. Booktocart and if we click on contact on the link given in the web page than contact details does not apear in the web page. There is also no details about the returning policies mentioned in the web site. We are unable to return the product because of the quality not up to the mark. I ordered 3 sarees from book to art and i have received only 2 & the worst part is i got completely different products.. The sarees i received are completely different from what was shown on the site..
And above all when i tried to find out details to contact them there is nothing mentioned.. The rcpt along with the product says nothing unlike myantra, amazon etc..

It was cash in delivery and now i am feeling completely...
