Hi,
I placed an order in the month of jan 2019. The order amount was of between 350-400 rs, now is about 1 year 5 months still i didn't received my order from bootees.

My order number is #r[protected].

I have contacted them several times. The number comes out every time busy.
I have ordered 2 t shirts from them, also i have emailed them the reply was always like (We will ship your product after 2-3 weeks due to high amount of orders). My question for that is i[censored] know that you cannot ship your products quickly then why are you still taking new orders and ripping people.

I am attaching some of the photos were i tried contacting them via email and several chats on their instagram page.

Send my oder ya refund my payment

My order id is R[protected] and I ordered tshirts on 26th September 2018 and still I have not received my order. I had placed an order of Rs.405
Please ask them to pay me back my money

I have order same of t-shirt for Rs.705.78/- on Dated[protected] containing order id No.R[protected].

I trai to contact this company many time but order is still not deliver by them and also they are not providing refund of same.

Site name is bootees.in, currently this site is not open.

Kindly due needful so that all customer who made order from this, get refunded from this fruadulat company.

Please take action against bootees.in

I ordered a pair of tees in first week of december but i don't get it till now. Whenever i am trying to contact with customer care their mobile number is always switch off and after some days they blocked me in gmail also, whenever they replied to my email in early days they said there is some technical issue. My order id is r[protected] of rs326.

It's been 18 months since i placed my order and i didn't even receive anything thing noy even a single message from them. They won't respond to my mails and the number which they've provide in their website is switched off. My order id : #r[protected]. I was mailing them every 3 months but no response from them. I have paid 489₹ online payment. I want you to take strict action on them and try to block the website.

I had ordered 2 tshirts from bootees and was promised a 72 hour delivery for which i had paid extra 190 ruppes. I called their helpline number after 3 days because i hadn't received my product yet where in i have payed extra for the delivery. They said they'll refund me the delivery charges which i paid, but i only received 110 rupees. Later when i asked about my product, they said it'll be dispatched by september. It's been 4 months past september and i had place my order in the month of july.

I ordered 3 shirts at 4/12/19 but this item not delivered to me and all the helpline no. Is switched off.
Please help me

Fraud bad company,

I ordered on october 2018 and now its december 2019 but i am only getting reply emails that i ll be getting month end, whereas year end has come. These companys get confident because they are not scared of the government or any kind of actions would be taken on them. We are also not sure where complaints can be given or any actions would be taken.

Due to this, so many people are taking risk to trust on other websites.

I ordered tshirts in bootees website in the month of june. I received a notification that the order has been dispatched, it's been 9 months but i haven't received my product yet. I have already made my payment priorly. I mailed them many times regarding the issue, they haven't taken any action yet. Please help me get product as soon as possible or get me a refund.

Ordered for 3 t-shirts and it’s been 5months i haven’t received any update on it. Payment has been made in advance the customer care number is also not valid.. They are not even answering the call... I want products for which i have paid or atleast the money back. They are not at all giving any updates on the products to the customer. Very bad service and extremely slow.

Its a fraud company, i ordered on may 2019, till this time no product, no refund, they simply saying excuses, every week i use to mail them, but they do excuses and excuses, so we all can come together to file a case against them. Also they did charge gst.. Actually if its fraud. Y those gst people are doing.

Kindly shut on the website. And give our refund..

Product is not delivered. Customer care is not picking up the calls. They took money in advance. Order was made on[protected]. Reply to the email is also not sent. I had ordered a 4 t-shirts and it's been 3 months. This is not at all ethical on behalf of the company. I being indignant as a consumer either want the product or my money back. Please help!

Total scam. After 3 months, no delivery, no refund. And ignore calls and emails.

This business is based on a total scam. They promote non-existent products by marking it very low and promoting them on social media platforms like instagram that has no standards for checking the legitimacy of the business. They take the order and payment in advance and then they never deliver the product and to make it even worse they don't pick up phone or reply to emails. They don't have any google page so that people can rate them. They have comments turned off on instagram, turned off rating and comments on facebook.

It has been over 3 months and i have not heard from them even after repeated attempts to contact. I'm so disappointed on online platforms that such business can abuse it and make people lose trust, even for legitimate business.

I ordered a tshirt from the website https://bootees.in/ worth 215 on august 31st 2019. I waited for a month and called their provided customer care number regading the delay. They asked me to wait for somedays and that i will reach it. But after somedays i called them and the phone was switched off. There is still no news on my order and when i googles regarding this i came to know that many have had such experience from the same website. Please do whats necessary and take the website down. Findout the people behind this and give them punishment.

I had purchased tshirt worth 160rs which is not delivered till now, after checking on google i found out that maany people like me have fell into this company's money making trap, i'm shocked to see that the payment credentials for such a fraud company is verified by visa and other payment gateways. There are many people like me who wants to bring this issue into the lamelight and sue the company. Need a solution please help

My sister had purchased in july 2019 t shirts around of rs 922 but still we have not recd any details of our delivery they continously send same email replies and not picking up phone calls mentioned on site.

I have sent more than 10 emails and there replies are same either technical issue or stck issue.
