I did prepaid order on[protected] with order id R[protected], it suppose to delivered by last week of june, i haven't received my order yet.
i tried to call them 100 times but it never picked up, more on this they have fix time of call which is only week days 10 to 5, sat sun off which means when we are on work we need to leave work and call them. which i did also but no luck
i Email them several times, they ask me to wait and after few days when i mail again they stopped responding and i did 10-15 emails for the same for asking for refund but they are just ignoring.see the attached photo.
They are just fraud which find new way to fool people and take their money.
There is many complains and review over internet for this kind of fraud done by bootess.in
i am expecting you guys to stop this fraud. please help me.
Kindly take action against this company.
