The customer care number never gets connected as it is always switched off. There is even no cod option available while checking out. This is a big fraud. Kindly look into the matter and take legal actions against this company and...

I did prepaid order on[protected] with order id R[protected], it suppose to delivered by last week of june, i haven't received my order yet.

i tried to call them 100 times but it never picked up, more on this they have fix time of call which is only week days 10 to 5, sat sun off which means when we are on work we need to leave work and call them. which i did also but no luck

Its been 8 months i've ordered 3 t shirts from bootees.in but still neither it has delivered nor getting any update. But my amount has debited. I tried multiple time to reach them via customer care number but it's in shut down state. I'm just worried about my money and frustrated about how these people harassing the customer. So please research the issue and escalate then provide me the appropriate resolution....

I ordered 1 t-shirt on 2nd may and yes not delivered, they say my order is delivered on the 4th week of june and after dispatched i will get my tees within 3-5 working days.

Today is july and still not getting my tees. They never send a tracking id and also not have login details.

Please do not buy any products from bootees.in.
They are fraud...

This business is based on a total scam. They promote non-existent products by marking it very low and promoting them on social media platforms like instagram that has no standards for checking the legitimacy of the business. They take the order and payment in advance and then they never deliver the product and to make it even worse they don't pick up phone or reply to emails. I have ordered the product of 12 t-shirts and it's not yet delivered. I've mailed them complaining about when will my product arrive but there is no response i've got till now. It's been a month and they have promised to deliver it by end of june. I've also called them on there customer care number but that no. Appears to be switched off. Hope that my complaint will be taken under consideration......

Product is not delivered. Customer care is not picking up the calls. They Took money in advance. Order was made on[protected]. Reply to the email is also not sent. I had ordered a T-shirt. This is not at all ethical on behalf of the company. I being indignant as a consumer either want the product or my money back. Please help!

I bought a t-shirt from bootees on 6th may 2019. I paid an amount of 236rs which includes delivery charges and get.

I got a mail that, it is a pre-booking order and my order will be delivered by june end. Till today i didn't receive any kind of mail or msg after that. They are not responding to my mails. The customer service number provided by them is not working....

I ordered 3- t shirts of total 486/-. On 18th june 2019.
I dont receive any product or any tracking details. All of the contact numbers are switched off and we cannot in contact with bootees.in. Please try to provide us refund. They are fooling us by advertising on various social platform and take our money. I am providing details of company as mentioned in email, which i received once....

I have Ordered a t-shirt on January 2019.. but still has not received it. I have made the payment already.. n every time on asking they give dates for next month.. this is not fair.. they have to clarify what is the matter.. either they give me my order or my money..😤😤😤...
Despite of sending the confirmation, they are making me fool again and again. Why is this so?? Is in this country...

I want to file a complaint against bootees.in l, an online merchandise portal which took my money for there goods but i never received anything from them.
Inspite of mailing regularly, they would just tell me to bear with them.
I have ordered things in the month of january 2019 and still waiting to either get my money back or my product which i have no interest now.

Please help....

I order the t-shirts of r's 500 but still not getting any reply from bootees.in. It was promised that it will be delivered in 5-7 days but still it's about 2 months and t-shirts still not delivered yet. Very upset from bootees. A fake site. Please block or take action against bootees. It's a request to everyone to please do not trust or order anything from these type of fake sites....

I saw so many complaints but my question is why consumer court people not taking any action.
