I had ordered on 31/october/2018 t shirt which was on one day sale and it was asking only online payment options, there was no cod order. I was waiting for the product to be delivered and then asked them to cancel and initiate refund, its been more then 6 months now, i haven't received my money back,
Please don't order anything from this site, they are fraud.

I had ordered a tshirt last december2018 from their website they dint have cod so it was an online payment i kept on sending mails. L, messages in their insta they did resoond bt kept on saying they are out of stock will send it soon etc... Now when i send messages they dont respond when i asked for refund they dont send it or any mail concerning it. A terrible website and it should be stopped for that more people dont get fooled by these people.
They still keep on cheating people with their updates in instagram and fb making people buy them.

R[protected]. I made the payment through ccavenue. I have made so many complains via email but they are keep delaying but i didn't receive any reply.. There customer care doesn't not work. I want order or refund asap. Its high time.. I have been waiting for the product but no success... Request you to take necessary action against this type of online sites.

I ordered for a t shirt and paid online i didn't receive any response for the past 4 months. I was not able to reach the customer care also. I need my money back also i want a refund for waiting thins long. I ordered from instagram while k received an add from booties.in came and thought it was trustworthy to order online but just received a confirmation but till date there was no response.

First i request you all not to shop from this website its a big time fraud.
I have ordered 3 t-shirts on 26th jan, 2019 and still i have received my order... Than i cancelled the order now they have bloody same statement saying "due to some problem we can't proceed your
Refund please wait we will surely refund you."
And this wait happen me to wait for 4 months now.
Like i seriously dont know what to say about this # website (Company).
Calling them now feelings like stupidity because they don't ever receive any calls from side
I just wish and hope this fraud people just die cuz that money can buy a lot to others but for them i pray on behalf of people like me suffering they just go through some toughest or highest worst time of their lives (Karma)

I seriously dont know what to say but yes em really mad on them.

I have ordered two t-shirt in January 15th 2019. But still they didn't deliver my order. I mailed them several times and contact their customer care department many times. Everytime they make false promises. Thay only say that due to technical issue your order is not delivered, it will be delivered in next 2-3 weeks
Everytime they repeat the same statement. They have no intention to deliver my product. Now they are not responding my call.

I have order on 9th Dec -2019 for 3 t-shirts my order n is R[protected].after 2 month of of continuous followup no response from Bootes company.
i have cancelled the order due to late delivery, now company is not refunding my money back. Anyone can help me out for this situation. My 900/-is pending from this company.

On 13 nov i ordered 2 tshirts worth 402Rs
They are not responding back from then.
No delivery has been done.
Its a completely fraud website. Actions should be taken against this [censored]. The same im going to do soon. Even they are not paying the refunds..

I paid bootees.in an amount of 480 for 2 t shirts in september 2018. Their continuous delay of shipping mails made me vex of those package and asked for refund. Till date they didn't process refund and still asking time to proceed refund. I feel bootees as a ford and fault website. Corrective actions must be takes as soon as possible. People like me struggling in thousands.

I had placed an order with Bootees.in on 17th Jan 2019 - #R[protected] and as many have mentioned in the forum, no one including me have received the order till date.

There is no surety of order to be delivered either, every time we approach the say 3 -4 weeks and that never ends. Have argued for the refund, however they are just not ready to pay back.

Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.The amount may not be big, however each penny counts.

Like me, I can see many have faced the same issue with them, and if one can, let us all put together reach out to the right department and file a case against them with all evidence and proofs.

Please support i[censored]nder the same situation.

I haven't received my order since November last year. Whenever I ask them, they keep on delaying. But it is high time now. I want my refund or my order as soon as possible. Their customer care number, complaint number does not work, neither they reply to messages.

Ordered a tshirt on november but still now it isn't parcelled. They said they will parcel it by december. Not even in december it was parcelled. I mailed them they said in feb it will be shipped but it was still not correct. The last time i called them they said april but it isn't parcel still now. Everytime i call them they talk to me so rudely and they aren't sure when it will be shipped. I'm fed up of their excuses. Their customer care is also not good. Moreover i'm not the only one who is suffering but many are there. This is a ford website. Please check this website . I have placed the order at bootes site on 19 december 2018 the white dub panda t shirt my order no is r[protected] and from december month i am calling and sending mails to bootes but they are extending the dates till now i have not recieved any tshirt or refund from that fraud company and when i called bootes customer care executive she says you will not get the refund and t shirt do whatever you want to do now what will i do i can just wait from the help from consumer complaints

Their customer service is not available. And a few days back i fought with them to cancel my order and issue my refund. Now they are not even ready to issue to refund. Please help me resolve this.

I have ordered a t-shirt through an online portal named bootees.in and received the confirmation with the order no. #r[protected]. I have made the payment through the some online payment gateways.

Its been three months since i placed the order. The website is not working now and i tried to mail them many times, but i have received any revert from them.

This duping to customers should be stopped.
