I placed an order on 16th July, 2018. I have spoken with the customer care team 5 times already over mail and everytime they claim that the order will be delivered next month. There customer service number is always either switched off or doesn't answer the call. They're not ready to initiate any refunds and are scamming people. Please take some action.

I have ordered boss full sleeves couple t-shirts from "bootees.in" and they said they'll deliver in 10 days but it's been 8 months and i paid the money also! I tried to call them, they didn't respond. I tried so many times to call and i left so many messages through mail and complained to their help desk through mail also. Still they didn't responding. My order number
#r[protected]. This is not at all a fair thing to do, cheating customers after paying amount.in this 8 months they didn't even sent a message about my order. I want to file a case against them and to take strict action on them. I want my refund.

I have ordered couple t-shirts from bootees.com and cancelled in jan month they reply my mail on 12th feb that money will be refunded in 7-10 working days but not getting refund after 60 days. The company is replying my every mail that "your money will be refunded soon kindly bear with us" the company is fake. The company is only making fool of customer. Please take step against company. And it is handfolded request to the company please refund my 470 inr. It is very not your money to not refunding us

I have ordered my tees last year nov 22nd 2018. And i have not received my order yet. They keep sending default mail stating you will receive your order next month. Dont ever buy anything from this website. They are frauds and cheaters. They take your money and just keep sending you regression mails. I would have lodge a police complaint if there was such option too. dont cheat people.

I ordered on nov 18 and till today 8t mar i am waiting. I drafted an email on "contact. [protected]@gmail.com" and getting the same messages on every email that "dear customer,

We are very much sorry for late shipping due to some technical problem
And stock issue so we are late, your order will dispatched on last week
Of april. After dispatched you will get your tees within 3-5 working

They are fake, i placed my order in january, then in february since i didn't get the delivery i cancelled the order and since then haven't got any refund from them. They are fraud. They won't respond to your query and will ask you to wait for months and yet won't give you the refund. Never order anything from their website or assume your money is lost forever

I have ordered a t-shirt on bootees.com. I have paid the money also but i didn't got the t-shirt or money. I want government to take serious action about this scammed company. I have ordered the tshirt on 30 january 2019 and they are not giving me the date of refunding my money or giving the product. Today is 28 march 2019 and they are not doing anything.

This is srikanth and i have ordered combo three t-shirts pack on january 9th 2019. They said that the order will get delivered within 20-30 days. But now it is nearly 3 months and haven't got the delivery. If i mailed to customer they are postponing the delivery date from two months that your delivery will get dispatch in 3rd week of april. They are cheating the innocent people and delivering the products ordered and not initiating the refunds to the customers. I have mailed around 10-15 times to the customer they are postponing the delivery date and wasting the valuable time and money of customers. Please take a severe action on them and help us in getting the refunds of our money paid to them. I have paid 427 rupees to them. I have the mails and the order invoice which i am not uploading here please drop me a mail if you want to see the proofs of payment and order

I have been sending emails and trying to contact you on the customer care number which is absolutely of no use. I had ordered for a pair of couples t-shirts on 3 Jan'19 and made the payment through my debit card. Yet there is no response of my order. I understand that the product is out of stock, but how long would your company say the same and cheat on your customers. Since there was no option for COD I had no other option but to make the payment before I receive the order. Now everything is getting in my nerves
I would request you to have some business ethics and reply the mail's that are pouring on you mail address.
And I expect a quick on this at least.

Hi,
I have ordered a pack of t-shirts from bootees.in (Panda couple t-shirt black half sleeves) and have paid through my debit card.
Firstly, i haven't received any confirmation on purchasing the product.
The contact number they have provided is not working most of the time[protected] and they never answer correctly to the email.

I havent received any refund till now

I had order my product on september and now its march end till yet i haven't received any refund nor my product and they guys saying same thing

I tried several times to connect them in various ways (Instagram, facebook, emails) but enable to connect you. So i am writing this.

I have lost my 227 inr in order number r[protected]. Their phone are switched off and not replying the emails.

I got to know this website through instagram ads. I have ordered a combo of t-shirts from this website on 27th november 2018. Cod is invalid for this order, so i paid through debit card.
Their toll free number is not working now. When i mail them continuously, they respond in a scripted way that 'your order will be dispatched in third week of january' or 'second week of march' like this.
But it's been 3 months, now end of february, still i didn't receive my order... Today also i received a mail from them site and again they are saying same old thing that 'your order will be dispatched in net week and they are telling me same thing over the weeks.

I ordered dress from this online company website on december 16th the ordered was taken and amount was paid online as there was no COD available.There is no response from the company when contacted.It almost 3 months of booking.
The response mail stated that due to some large amount of orders due to offer they could not deliver on time.Even after three months they have not delivered but still has put up the offer and cheating on people please dont buy from this online fraud sites.

I placed an order on bootees.in on 29th december and when i didn't recieve it by 20th february i cancelled it.
I was told that i would get my refund in 7- 10 days.
Today its 7th march and i came to know that bootees.in hasn't even initiated my refund.
Such negligence and poor customer service on their part is intolerable.

I ordered 2 t-shirt from bootees, n that have done 4 months to ordered, bt still i didn't get my t shirt i paid 412 ruppes bt still i didn't get. I put msg 4 times in insta or mail bt i got same reply. N when b4 a week i put msg on instagram to get my cashback then, this time i didn't get reply. They didn't dispatched product even instead of that i didn't get cashback. It's fraud don't buy anyone

I ordered a black leggings from bootess.in on 30 october 2018. It was a online paid order. The normal shipping time is 20-30 days. I didn't received any sort of shipping information in 30 days. I called at their customer care but 'nobody picked'. I mailed them for my order cancellation but they said it can't be cancelled. On 1st week of december i received a mail saying your order will be dispatched in next week. Then the month got over & their was no information. I registered complaint in consumerhelpline.gov.in. Due to the complaint they mailed me that their stock is over & can only ship in mid of january. I asked for cancellation. They agreed at once. I waited for refund since then. Its been 2 months i have not received any refund. I am mailing them from 2 weeks, yet there is no reply from other end.
Today i recieved a reply back mail asking for paytm no or google pay no.
I feel cheated & helpless.
The complaint i filed at consumerhelpline.gov.in is not showing now. I tried contacting its no. But it said this service is not available in your phone.

I had ordered online on 21-dec-19 with my credit card. Even after 3 months still i am not received my product. When ever i try to contact customer care on in its mail id. Every time i got same mail that u will received your order by 1st or 2nd week off
In next month. And unable to contact customer care on his contact center number. Getting error "number is incorrect". I feel that its fraud online shopping site. I cheated by bootees.in. My amount was deducted before 3 months ago however i didn't received my product yet.
Want my money back or else provide my order as soon as possible.
