I have ordered my t shirts on january 11and upto now i have not recived my package and money have been debited by the debit card and there is no update of the package upto now and there is no tracking link of the goods and if we are giving complaint in the bootees customer care they are not responding properly and there is no money refund to us so please resolve my problem

I have ordered in november 2018 n paid online! Till now i haven't got any product or any response from u guys! Is this to fraud people n bluff dem??? Wat nonsense is dis if v call customer care number they r asking d product id n den dey r totally keeping it on hold! Wat type of service is dis! Worst service i eva had! I kindly request yo people to respond me n i should know wen am i getting my product! Its more than 3 months so pls respond asap

I want to file a complaint against the above-mentioned company/ website. They're trying to dupe me. I'm giving the details and attaching some screenshots for the same.

The order (Dab panda couple t-shirt black half sleeves) was placed on 22nd november 2018. I have done the payment for two tees (Rs349 +rs80 for shipping charge). But i have not received it yet. Its been 2.5 months and i have been asking continuously for my order updates.

There is no response from team. Either return my money or send the product. Don't prove us that online shopping's in bootees.in is fake always.

They mentioned within 7 days i will get my t-shirt.
I paid money through paytm
After 2 weeks i contacted them through email they replied i will get that on next week.
Again i emailed they replied me that i will get it on january
Again and again i am contacting them through email now they are not giving any response.
They don't have any customer care number so that i am unable to call them.
On my last email i mentioned that i don't that t-shirt anymore kindly send my money back still they are not responding

I placed an order in the month of december... It was mentioned the item would be shipped in 3 working days and after a week when there was no status update i sent a mail asking about my order so they said they are currently out of stock and would dispatch after 20 days and now it's feb... No reply... It's a big fraud... How can instagram promote such fraud site...

Bought 3 t-shirts cost ₹601 on 09.08.2018. I order conformation mail, but dont get any product still. I've called and mailed them through their given details. Its almost 6 months that i've no idea about this but sure it's a fradulant website. I saw this website in instagram. Don't buy any products in this bootees.in website. Please help me to get my money or atleast that products

I did'nt received my order which was ordered on 16 jan 2019. Today is 8 feb 2019. I made contact with the company several times on instagram and also through gmail but not receive any response on their behalf. Bank deducts money from my account and receive email from company about the purchase of product but nothing happens after that. No tracking id is given to track the order. Please resolve my issue otherwise refund the money.

But it has still not been delivered to me. On the website it is mentioned that it will be delivered in 3-7 days but it has been more than a months now and still no response.
They have disconnected the phone connection and also not answering to mail.
It's a fake company taking people's money in such fraud means...

I have ordered a t-shirt online on 04 jan, 2019 on bootees for which payment has to be done instantly, which i did, and i received a confirmation email of my order.

It's been one month now and there is no update regarding the delivery.

Also the company is not replying to my email. The contact number they have provided online is wrong.

Request you to please arrest them asap. They are making people fool. They are indirectly doing cyber crime.

Fraud fraud fraud i placed ordered in month of jan 2019 but order not received till now.. It's been more than 15-20 days. Wrote mail to them but they did not respond their helpline no. The order was placed on 22nd jan and there is no update on it. There is no way to reach out to them and they are not responding. Owing to such behaviour with other customers, i would urge for a strict action taken against them.

Either deliver the t-shirt or i want my money to be refunded.

I ordered my t shirts one month ago. Yet not delivered. And payment paid. And not contct to coustomer care. Fraud site dont buy product on bootees.in. Anybody contact consumer care service and tell to fraudsite"bootees"and tell how to contact coustomer care of bootees. When i call coustomer care call not forwarded and cut call. This is totally # not acceptable. Everybuddy tweets on bootees.

It is e-commerce site for cloths. I ordered two t-shirts worth 422 rupees (Inr). They promised me that the product will be delivered by january (After nearly 5 weeks which is way too long). But i neither got my product delivered nor any response from them. There so many others who also faced the same issue. Please, kindly look into this fraud asap and do the justice.

In December, I came across an e-commerce website called Bootees through social media. There, I placed an order for BOOTEES SOLID T-SHIRT | BLACK | WOMEN | FULL SLEEVES on 12th December 2018. I also made a payment of Rs.223 at the time of placing the order via UPI. Since then I have followed up twice with the e-commerce website but the replies I have received are,

Today it has been 50 days since I placed the order but I haven't received any update or the order till date.

Today also I sent a mail for an update on the same mail chain but now "[protected]@bootees.in" this email-id doesn't exist.

Kindly look into the matter and help me resolve it. I am really disappointed with this situation.
