I've ordered a Kickstarter premium lace up sneakers (Order no - #BBN2058423).Now I want to exchange it because of size fit issue. I've ordered size 9 but it doesn't fit me well so I want a replacement with small size 8. And also the shoes I've received is different from what is displayed over website. But now they're not replying my mails, not picking up the call and also blocked my number.
