I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes of
Uk9 but got received of different shoes sizes in one pair one received of 8 and another of 6 instead of 9
And another pair of different size only instead of 9, I have received 6
All the details of my order in attached pictures
Please check the attached pictures of it
Please exchange them with UK 9

Quality of shoes are good but sizes which I ordered they did not came, please exchange them with UK9.

I have ordered my shoe of size 9 and it doesn't fit. Now they are refusing for a refund or exchange what a waste website. Try krke nh check krenge kya size ? I have also shared pictures shoe is intact and tag is there but they are refusing to accept. What a fake strategy wow. Don't order please don't waste your money...

I had ordered a product of size 11 but goods and beyond sent me a product of size 6 and a different colour and the quality was also not the same that was mentioned in the picture in the website
I am unable to raise a return request on the website and the phone number provided in the website is not working not responding to emails anymore
So the first time to respond to the mail and they asked me to send the product pictures I sent them every thing and they asked me to send the picture
I sent it as well
Then they asked me to send a picture in Doc format
I sent them that as well
but they are not replying now

I had ordered a shoes of size 11, and they have sent me size 6. I have asked for a return and refund of the shoes on the same day as it was delivered and these shoes haven't been used at all. The Boots and Beyond company are refusing to reply to emails and the number they have given is fake.

I was sent wrong size. I raised a complaint and sent them all the necessary details but after that they are not responding to my email and their phone number is also switched off. It seems to be a scam.

Recieved different product than product seen in website and I am continuosly mailing them for refund This is very pathetic service from boots and beyond as they were not accepting the return request.. but after a long time they picked up their product but after the pick up they are not initiating refund and saying that once they recieved or inspected the product then they will initiate the refund and now they are not replying of my mails.

Boots and beyond are scam company
They took money from me in advance now their website is missing order details are also missing and phone is also switch off

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Boots and Beyond and I must say that my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. From the product quality to the customer service, everything fell short of my expectations.

To make matters worse, I reached out to the customer service department multiple times regarding my concerns and the possibility of a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever. It's disheartening to see a company that claims to value its customers ignore their inquiries, especially when they are dissatisfied with a purchase.

I ordered shoes from their website and I did not like the quality of the product because it was not the same as it was mentioned on the website. The products were really cheap as compared to the products listed over the website. When I asked them for a return, they refuse to do so. They are not accepting the return and making unnecessary excuses. They are not picking up any calls and have stopped replying over the email too. They are such a fraud company duping people of their money by selling cheap products. They need to be banned.

I ordered a product from their website but the product didn't fit me well. Their website clearly states that they have an refund and exchange policy.
I tried to call them, email them, personally messaged them on instagram but to no avail. They don't pick up calls, respond to emails and blocked me frrom Instagram. Please order from them at your own risk since they basically won't exchange or return.
I fell into their trap after looking at the amount of marketing they do thinking they are a genuine business.
My money has been looted but i hope other don't fall into their trap.

They fake advertise shoes which looks really good on the pictures but actually are of really really cheap roadside quality which is basically a scam because we go these websites thinking we'll get better product with good quality, if we wanted cheap quality products we'd have gotten ourselves from our local shops.
So I ordered a pair of shoes worth 1299₹ on 2nd of December, after reading their policy regarding refund/ return and replacement about 3 times and it says they provide a refund on all of their products mentioned on the website if initiated within 7 days, they were so cheap tht it felt like I got cheated cause those shoes that I payed 1200 for didn't looked like worth a single penny more than 200₹.

So I applied for refund on the very next day i.e. 3rd December, they didn't reply to any of my mails and calls, on the number mentioned on their website, finally after 6 or so mails later and around 8-9 calls later finally I got hold of them the next day via mail and went through some back and forth about how can we communicate better so they asked for labels and pics of the product on their WhatsApp, which I did, and went on with the communication for 2 more days and finally on 6th December they send a message on my WhatsApp in which they said they can't provide a refund for which they even failed to give any reason on mail or on WhatsApp .

Afterwards sending few mails and texts on WhatsApp I called them today, on 7th December to ask for an explanation as to why, and they gave a poor explanation that they can only provide a refund if they delivered wrong shoes other than ordered or for wrong size.

So they do provide a refund when the problem can be solved by giving a replacement but not when someone doesn't like the product delivered because that was of cheap quality?

Oh btw which i checked online in some reviews and apparently they don't provide refund in those cases as well. People who had gotten wrong size and wrong shoes other than what they ordered were told they can't get a refund because it was customers fault for ordering wrong size and people who got wrong/different shoes from what they had ordered never got any kind of response.

So they participate in a very careful scam in which they do provide products to their customers but of such cheap quality they they'll definitely ask for refund but then never actually provide a refund, and just to be on the safer side has a return and replacement policy so that people can trust them which they can take advantage of.

I did not like the shoe ordered from Boots and Beyond and i wanted to return the product. But the company refused to return the product without any reason. This is a scam company. Please do not buy from them.

I have order boots as i got i wanted to exchanged because i do not like boot. i immediately messaged them but their customer care service is very slow and they refuse to exchange it for no reason. its a fake website. please do not buy from them.

I ordered Mule ( Type Of Shoe ) From Boots & Beyond, After Receiving I found it doesn't fit me properly due to its design. I texted & called them & asked for exchange of product with +1 size. They told me to send photos of product & invoice on whats app, then they will proceed for exchange process. After giving all required details & not replying to me on time on whats app also, Suddenly i get message in morning that your products is not in intact condition, So we will not expect your return request. After that they never replied to my messages, Never answered my call nothing. Just behaving like proper fraudsters.

For all you people reference i have attached images of our chat which also includes images of shoe, You people judge yourself that what kind of intact they didn't find in that.

Boots & Beyond is a cheap & fraud footwear making company, With help of DSLR camers & Photo editing. All shoes & other products looks as if they are of very good quality & funky. But when you will receive, They are cheap & like sunday market product. Also after that they give you 0 customer support & Never will answer your call after product i been delivered !

Defective product received and now they are not responding

Wrong size shoes showing in my order details despite ordered correct size. I am waiting for order now and not sure if I will receive it. Have paid 1000 rupees.

Hello, I order shoes from boots and beyond and I received the product today and I don't like the product, there is difference between which shown in the image and which is dilevered, and even it didn't worth it because of low quality..

This is the worst brand and worst people who are not at all bothered about customer and customer satisfaction. Their customer support is not at all supportive and product is pathetic.

I purchased a shoe from Boots and Beyond after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. Their website clearly states that they provide a 7-day refund policy, so I placed my order. I got my shoes four days later. I chose COD, so I paid the amount. When I opened the packing, the shoe was in poor condition, largely appearing to be in used condition, and it smelled awful. The shoe has various colour shades and appears to have been painted with a regular paintbrush; the colour will fade after one wash. As they didn't have a return button or functionality on their website (they stated on the website that for returns, phone us at [protected] or email us at [protected]@bootsandbeyond.com), I called them after getting the Shoe in just 20 minutes. I called them 50 times on the first day alone, but no one answered. I also sent them email two to three times on the same day, but no one replied. I ping them on Facebook and Instagram. No reaction.
After all this. I checked review on google and youtube, there are many bad revies against them. They are fooling people by sending used, cheap, bad quality product with Fake promise of 7 day refund.

I purchased shoes which was totally degraded quality. I demanded refund but there is response stating they won't refund. Worst experience till date with worst quality product.

Don't buy from them. They are scammers that will bring you items that have been used and other colours that you didn't request. Every image on the website has been vetted, and they are all quite cheap.
They won't pick up your call or respond to your emails.

I got the shoes delivered by them on Friday,
The Shoe they delivered is of wrong size,
They don't work on sat and Sunday, so I tried Getting hold of them On Friday, they didn't answer my Emails nor Calls!!, Then On Monday, I tried Calling them on Phone again!!!, they didn't answer, after a while when I tried calling back, they blocked me, so I tried via another number they didn't answer that Too!!, Wrote them like -2-3 EMAILS, NO RESPONSE.
I Tried calling them on WhatsApp and it showed that it's busy in another call, I tried again after 20 mins, then 1 hour, 3 hour gone by STILL BUSY!!! I'm Sooo Pissed!!!

I have been trying to call CC since last two days. They’re not answering my calls. Have sent an email as well. No response received yet.

I had ordered boots and checked the shoes after i received, did not even wear it. Immediately drafted a mail to them and asked for a returning the product. No body answers call. The shoe cost 1299/- order number BBN2081149. The lady asked for a picture I sent it on whatsapp and she says it's used. I did not even wear it. Simply checked the quality and thought to return it immediately. Fraudsters. They will ask you to take another product but won't the the product in return and the Customer Service is rude. They don't have a return policy only exchange they force you to do it.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website after watching their highly invested marketing ads on Instagram which are totally fake. After receiving the order I came to know that this product is not at all upto mark of their price tag ₹ 1300, I demanded refund under their 7 days refund policy . These guys first of all didn't receive the call for 1 week, after which they called me and told to upload the photos of product and invoice on watsapp. After which they claimed it to be used and not refundable, which actually wasn't even worn more than 5 min to check. I even e-mail them of which they gave the same answer that it is used . This company is total fraud and trying steal money of innocent costumers

I got delivery of my shoes on 1st september 2023 and on the same day i sent email asking for refund against my order id #BBIN901065. after that Boots And Beyond replied me saying send us photos and invoice of the product and i did the same and after that they refused my refund. i did not even try on those pair of shoes . they are fraud company i request you to take strict action against Boots And Beyond. because not just me there are many people with whon Boots And Beyond cheated.

Whole shoes torn from every side of 2 pairs . i contact them but they are not respond anything .i want my money back

The shoe delivered was off the size that I ordered but I would like to exchange the product for a size bigger which is in accordance with your return/exchange policy.

Request you to please process this exchange request ASAP as these shoes are of No use to me in this size .
