We have purchase bosh washing machine from bajaj electronics on 08 feb 2019 at the time of purchase they told this product has 5 years extended warranty and from 3-4 days washing machine is not working fine. then i have called customer care and in formed about the issues and also informed about warranty the they have told ok when service person visit you can show your in voice copy to wave off service charges. today i got a call from service person and he is telling no any bosh washing machine has 2 years warranty only you need to pay 800 hundred rupees for service.

    Engineer attended the call RUMAN @[protected]
    My WM had got stuck while washing was going on, error msg was displayed. Manually removed the clothes and logged a ticket, through Bosch Customer Care center. They send the above engineer, he visits site and updates the PCB has to be replaced/repaired and would cost INR 6850 and 450 for service call attending. I agree to the same. within 24hrs the guy comes with the serviced/repaired PCB. Fixes it, takes google pay payment and put the machine for cleaning 15 mts and leaves the premise saying everything is all right. After he leaves the same issue resurfaces, we call the engineer again, he doesn't recv the call now, asked for bill which he did give and said will come in whatsapp.

    I search google and find a video to fix the problem and it works the problem is cleared.

    Bosch / Service providers are cheating customers and extracting money but not doing the actual service. Sorry situation but if i don't recv refund, will take this consumer court for sure.

      My tumble dryer purchased on 17th May 2019 for ₹34, 199/- has had a PCB failure and I was quoted ₹17, 000/- for PCB replacement.

      I am absolutely shocked that Bosch is perfectly fine with rubbing this day light robbery onto a customer’s face for a PCB which is about the size of a human palm.

      Not only that; when I trying to escalating this issue with the Siemens Bosch Management; I am simply redirected to the authorised service center time and again and the service center is merely quoting me the prices set by the “system” set by BOSCH India.

      I have been repeatedly trying to tell the call center personnel that I am not interested in speaking to the authorised service center as they DO NOT CONTROL the system prices. The Bosch company management decides these prices. Yet she ended up redirecting me the service center again.

      Your Bosch management is so disgraceful that they don’t mind charging more than half the amount of the original invoice of the dryer on the the customer in the pretext of chips and spares.

      We Indians should be told about how BOSCH are fooling us in the name of German engineered appliances and charging us a whopping ₹17000 merely for a PCB.

      If the customer care center and Bosch senior management has some shame left I would like to be redirected to the coward management of Bosch Siemens to know the reason for these explosively high prices for spare parts which aren’t affordable by a normal middle class indian. You people are not fit for selling your appliances in India sadly.

      I will ensure I tell this tail to whosoever I know so that they know the true face of owning Bosch and Siemens appliances here in India.

        My Bosch washing machine was purchased in 2020 November and suddenly last week stopped working. Complain made and service executive came, inspected and told me the repair would cost me 10000/- Rs as power module has to be replaced. The new machine cost is 25000/- Rs and the Bosch company wanted to change around 40% for a part. Over and above he told me Part is not available in open market and has to be purchased from company itself. I talked to the Sr Manager at [protected] and explain my situation as it's a new machine and ethically the company should take the liability as I had chosen Bosch because of the brand reputation and had premium price over other brands. Still after a week no response from the company and the manager.
        I feel dejected and Bosch is fleecing consumers. Kindly refrain from buying products of Bosch.

          I made a foolish decision and purchased a Bosch front-load washing machine(WAJ2426WIN ) based on youtube reviews.
          But after experiencing I understood Bosch doesn’t have proper customer service and component support.

          For getting a part replacement it will take a minimum of 10 days in case of any spare issues.

          I raised a complaint (Order Number:[protected] complaint on 9th April 2023. Daily I am reaching out to customer care and no response/follow-up from them. Till now(18th April 1:14 pm) the issue is not resolved, and my machine is not working).

          All the time I am getting the only response like “We have ordered the spares and it will come in a week”.
          We are in an era where we can get a product from the US to India in a day, but Bosch company is still in the stone age era.
          They take 10 days to place a part and they say that the spares must come from Mumbai.

          Salespeople say that the Bosch washing machine is built like a tank and we never face issues soon. But within some months of purchase, there was a parts failure and never seen any electronic equipment which has failed in 4 months in any other brand other than Bosch.

          A washing machine is an important home essential nowadays and for the last 10 days, this issue is causing high mental suffering to me and to my family.

          Each time I am not ready to take this mental suffering and I would request you to refund my money so that I will purchase a washing machine from other good brand.

            I have purchased BOSCH washing machine which is under warranty, since past few months there is working problem in it and raised service request vide reference n0:[protected] on 28th march 2023. Customer care person told that it will be attended within 48hrs BUT almost 5 days over and no call received.

            At first, PRODUCT NOT WORKING WELL
            After complaining the same to resolve, SERVICE IS PROVEN TO BE WORST in terms of CARELESNESS showing upon customers.

            I shared this with all my colleagues in GOVT.PSU, neighbpurs which resulting there all shall be CAREFUL with BOSCH products, that is what the service expecting from customers it seems

              We bought our Bosch fridge on 2020 and after 8months of purchase the rust formation was found on the door and we raised the complaint.The service people came and changed the door and when we asked whether it is the product defect they said if the issue continues we will see after that.Then after seven months again the rust formation started.This time also for the second time they changed the door and said if the issue again continues then will replace the product.Again after seven months the rust started and for the past six months we are asking to replace the product since it is a defect one they are saying that they will replace the door for the third time or replace with depreciation.we kindly ask you to rectify our issue

                  Myself Avinash saini from Jaipur recently due to some issue in my car I visited to bosch service center in Aman Automobiles & service center located in bharatpur, Rajasthan 321001 regarding alignment issue. Very poor service of this service center I have done my car Renault scala alignment on 22 feb 2023 but the issue of of LH side pulling are still there. I came after 15 days to rectify this issue because I'm from Jaipur all the staff ignored me & refuse to solved it. I faced alignment issue from day one after coming to this service center. I'm from Jaipur that's why I'm not able to come there in some couple of days. I also told the alignment mechanic at the time of alignment to properly solve this issue but they can't looked into. I'm really very disappointed with the service of aman automobile & service center.
                  All the staff & mechanic are not listen to the customers problem they misbehave & ignored.
                  They ruined the prestige of bosch company. I really don't recommend to any one to go there.

                    Washing machine purchased at Sri Surya stores Ambattur Bill No.784 dated on 24/04/2022.
                    First complaint raised on 08/11/2022 with complaint No. [protected] and it was closed with service of replacing the suspension.
                    Second complaint raised on 14/03/2023 with complaint No. [protected]
                    now facing the problem the water is dripping when is the power is switched of and making huge noise at the time of washing.
                    Within in a year we are facing lot of issues and we feel that it a manufacturing defect. We request you to replace the product and to compensate.
                    Now I am in Mental agony and i request you to close the issue at the earliest.

                      Dear Sir/Madam :
                      I had Lodged service complaint on 4.2.2023, with Service Request No. [protected], with a follow up compliant no : [protected]. Issue Not resolved.

                      Sequence of Events :
                      1. Compliant registered on 4.2.2023, with Service Request No. [protected]
                      2. Technician Mr. Nithin with Mobile no. [protected] visited & confirmed that there is Rust developed, which is clearly Manufacturing defect, he gave me contact of his boss – Mr. Manoj with Mobile no. [protected], who in turn checked the condition & confirmed the Rust, manufacturing defect. He requested me to send mail with pics, Invoice, warranty & Extended warranty copies, which I did Immediately
                      3. I repeatedly followed up with him…. He went on postponing
                      4. After a week he never picked my call…
                      5. I called up call center contact no. [protected], & registered follow up compliant with follow up compliant no : [protected].
                      6. After above, I frequently contacted your call center, where they promised will call back in half an hour… 2 hrs, etc promises, but never called back.
                      7. on 20.2.2023, One Mr. Rai Yashas, Area Service manager of Bosh Contacted me & said he has processed for replacement, the stock will arrive within a week & replaced.
                      8. As I didnt get any response again contacted call center...who said only service team can help.
                      9. On 28.2.2023, I again contacted Mr. Yashas Rai - Area service manage who promised within 2 days he will replace..
                      10. After 2 days, Again I tried reaching Him till today, he does'nt pick my call or reply message.
                      11. I Again called your call center no. who expressed their helplesness saying only service team can tell... they can only escalate... which has already been done.

                        I purchased Bausch Wasing machine 8kg Front Load machine though Amazon, Order ID[protected].
                        Since then its front window is not working properly. I have already filed three complaints and your technicians have visited us but they are tring to convince us that it is ok. Secondly that it is a plastic door aand if it needs replacement we will have to pay for it.
                        It is some pre existing problem for which I may not be responsible. If the door is not repaired/replaced to my satisfaction, I will file some complaint for compensation with compensation for mental harrasment.

                            I visited Bosch Car service center on 10th Feb'23 (1st visit) for my Creta wheel balancing and alignment as I was having issue in slight left side wheel rotation, after they have fixed the wheel alignment and balancing issue now my car started moving right side then I again visited service center on 13th Feb'23 (2nd visit) for the same issue again the checked and finally they said that you need to do wheel calibration which is not done here you have to visit authorized service center I didn't under stand what they have fixed in first time without informing any issues, technicians are uneducated and the advisor also. if you need quality service and love your hard earn money don't visit any service center like this as they charged me for damaging my car balancing unnecessary and sent me back with the silly excuses they are not in that level to fix the small issues. I suggest you all to always visit authorized service center don't waste you money here and there, I thought Bosch is a big brand my first and last bad experience.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have purchased Bosch washing machine in November 2022 month, there are issue in washing machine's door it's not getting closed, I have raised request to maninagar Vijay sales also Bosch technical team on 30th January but post 7 days still issue not resolved

                              I have received local manager's Mr. Samir vohra number I have called him but he is not responding on call also today I have called today to branch manager Mr. Vaibhav Trivedi but still no any response from his side

                              Expecting resolution on my issue on top most priority

                                I purchased machine Bill date[protected]. Model WAJ2426AIN/2021. It was purchased through Amazon. There was problem with door closure, it was tight and had to be pushed to close properly. Service engineer Guddu came to attend and said it was a minor problem and will go with time. Nothing happened. Now on[protected] I again lodged a complaint. Service engineer Aman came to attend and informed us that it was a plastic part and needs replacement and for that you will have to pay.
                                When we informed the cenre engineer that we had lodged a complaint immediately after delivery, they confirmed the previous complaint. That it aws the fault of previous man Guddu who has left job now.
                                He tried to repair the door. He tried to convince us that that it was due to touch with rubber paching. please get it done to our satisfaction.

                                  I had raised the ticket on 18th January 2023 for getting Bosch Glassvac repair but almost 12 days passed, and no one has contacted me.
                                  Service center never picks up the phone, and now saying that this will take another 20 days for replacement; however no concrete details provided by the Mayapuri Bosch Service center.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    On 28th January 2022 we bought a 10 kg washing machine but in the last 1 year we have faced so many problems with the washing machine that it seems we purchased some old machine or some local machine moreover whenever we called in the customer care number we were always assured the the issue will be resolved at the earliest but that too was never done, no call backs from the technicians, fake promises and what not.

                                    So Bosch please tell me, what kind of company are you?
                                    If this is how you treat your customers then why are you even a company?

                                        Raised a complaint on 21Dec22 mentioning my wash machine isn't working but today is 23Dec22 and I hv had no one come and check on the issue .worst service ever.
                                        Bosch Home India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Finally the issue was resolved on 02 Jan 23, there seems no swift response to anything from Bosch .Will never purchase Bosch products again .
