        This is in reference to the sub standard product that Siemens have sold us.

        We had done correspondence in Feb 2023, when one out of two Siemens Refrigerator was giving us constant problems.

        They had very well mentioned that sometimes compressors fail in a short span of time which came to me as a surprise.

        However, on their insistence, we got the compressor replaced by paying a huge sum.
        Not only that, but the entire lining was changed and a several visit charges for their engineers were incurred.

        Now, we are experiencing the same problem in the same refrigerator.

        Seimens technician has visited and indicated the compressor may have failed. He has asked to incur gas filing charges just to check.

        I do not understand how to handle this situation.

        If Seimens team is not willing to accept that they have supplied us with a defective product and a proper resolution for the recurring problems is not provided, then I will have to discard the refrigerator.

        I hope this email reaches the right people.

        I am suffering without the deep freezer working since last one month

          I had called the Siemens customer service number in the morning around 9:30 AM and they promised me that within one hour, they would resolve my washing machine problem
          The allotted in executive to me who called and confirmed to me that he would come by around 12 PM

          He didn’t come. I followed up with him and the customer service number and they said that he was stuck somewhere and he would come soon.

          4 PM again tried calling them, but this time none of them picked up my call

          This is so disappointing on the part of the Siemens customer service, and my problem still remains the same

            This is to bring to your notice that it has not even been a month since our Kitchen appliances were commissioned that we have been facing frequent issues in the Siemens Freezer.

            First time it was informed that the door wasn't properly installed and that it was supposedly fixed. Still the problem persisted.

            Then they again made a visit but the onsite technician said that he will have to escalate to his senior as he was unable to diagnose the issue.

            Then a senior person visited only to inform us that there seems to be a faulty gas problem and needs to be refilled, clearly indicating a faulty machine.

            Then on another visit the gas was filled but he informed that some other component is faulty and needs to be ordered!

            During every visit some new issue is reported.

            No reputed global company like Siemens would give such sub-standard products & poor service to its customers and would be deeply concerned with its reputation.

            Instead of giving a proper resolution they are doing temporary fixes with faulty products.

              Had purchased Siemens gas burner 4 years ago, from the first year we have been facing various issues such as inconsistent flame, sudden swItching off, sudden small explosion etc . This has been happening from 4 years continuously and we had complained various times but we were advised to take service which costed a hefty amount which was not worth it . Once we had paid 800 for just 10 sec of no work at all .
              Now out of nowhere the igniters have stopped working which is costing more than a basic stove . I would like Siemens team to look into this issue of the gas burner, which was promised to be the best while purchasing . We can go to the consumer court regarding the same but we have almost all products from Siemens also we wouldn’t want to defame your company .
              Provide me complete free service or replace the product or give us what you had promised .

                We own Siemens 7 kg Washing Machine WM12K168IN having chasis no 0148 purchased through JP Electronics on 06/08/2018.

                During May 2022, we noticed vibration & noise while operating the machine & promptly contacted Siemens Customer service. A technician named Mulla came on 10th May 2022 and inspected the machine. He said there is no major problem with the machine even though there was hammering sound. He asked us to buy & put under the machine the "Anti Vibration Pads with Suction Cup Feet" available online from market & fix it and that the problem would be over. The Service Order Ref No: [protected] dtd 10/05/2022. he said there is no other requirement and that the machine was working very well. he hid from us that there could be serious issues with the shock absorbers though he did mention that sometimes shock absorbers could pose problem.

                Now on 15th June 2023, the machine while operating suddenly became violent and was lterally jumping around. We called the Customer service and yesterday, 16th June 2023, the Service rep Rishu from Indu Services came & inspected the machine ref Service order no[protected] dtd 16/06/2023. he clearly mentioned that the drum is out and that the drum and shock absorbers need to be replaced. he also clearly mentioned that the previous service rep Mulla was aware about the need for replacing the shock absorbers and that the current problem would not have happened if shock absorbers were changed at that time. Rishu told us to pay @ Rs.12, 000/- for replacing the drum & shock absorbers.

                The issue became serious only due to the negligence of the Service Rep Mulla (who we understand that was subsequently removed by the Companay for dereliction of duty) and therefore the onus of replacing the drum & shock absorbers is on Siemens. This is a classic case of deficiency of Service by the Service Provider and we are fully within our legal rights to demand a solution at your cost.

                We want the machine to be repaired free of cost to us and nothing less than that is acceptable. Failure to do will force us to take necessary steps to ensure our grievance is addressed to our complete satisfaction.

                Your immediate action is requested at top speed and resolve the matter without any need to escalate the matter to higher levels.

                Look forward to your response & quick resolution

                After 4 days of the above complaint was made to Siemens India Service Centre, a message was received mentioning "follow up number is [protected] . Please contact[protected], Email Service.[protected]@siemens-home.bsh-group.com for any assistance."

                on contacting I was told to contact a specific person Mr.Kiran (Indu Services) mob no [protected] . When he was contacted he gave me the name of another person Mr.Anil Chavan. Mr.Anil Chavan - mob no [protected] - told me that there was no previous complaint documented for drum noise and hence nothing can be done & that I have to shell out Rs.12, 235/- for replacing Drum unit and Shock absorbers + 800/- + GST as Service Charge. he has sent me an estimate which i have summarily rejected.

                When we Customers make a call to the Service Centre, we have no control over what sort of documentation is made at their end nor do we have a visibility of that. Similarly when Service Report is made, we have no control over what is written and like in the service report that we have of May 2022, the writing is unreadable.

                We understand that Service Engineers deplaoyed by your Service Agents may not have control over English but the fact is invariably whatever is mentioned to them is not reproduced.

                We are making a categorical statement that Indu Services, your Service Agents, have provided deficient services due to which our machine is spoint. It is your moral duty & responsibility to make good our loss and get the washing machine which otherwise is in excellent condition at no cost to us.

                Siemens is known for it's product quality & service globally and that is the whole reason we bought your equipment at a higher cost than other competing washing machines in the market. But the below par & deficient Customer service by Indu services has cost us for no fault of ours.

                We are hereby escalating the matter to the Corporate for redressing our grievance. kindly look into the matter 7 do the needful in the matter most urgently.

                I am 65 years old & my husband is 67. We live alone and is heavily depoendant on the washing machine for cleaning clothes.

                  I am Udaya Peruvaje worked for Siemens Information Systems Ltd, Electronic City Bangalore from Mar-2005 to July-2009 and later moved to Continental Automotive as part of Siemens Automotive Acquisition by Continental Automotive. During the transition, all the relevant documents (including Annexure K request) were signed and shared with Continental HR. Recently for One PF Account per member, I applied to merge my two different account into one and later I found that my merger request rejected by PF office due to missing Annexure K for Siemens job period. When I realized the info of missing, I tried to contact Siemens Helpdesk and waited for Siemens HR contact on the same issue. It has been 2 months, I have not got any communication from them. I kindly request you to help me to resolve.

                    My imported dishwasher is giving me trouble and i had raised a ticket some time in early November and we were staying in our second home around 15 kms from our regular home. Till end of NOV WE DID NOT hear about the parts and returned to our home. SOMETME AROUND mid December we gotta call about the availability of the part and since we were not in a position to go bo back we requested to hold the parts till end of Jan 2023 which the rep confirmed. WHEN we called to book the service we were told that as per the policy they cannot hold the part for more than 15 days which we were not by the company repo earlier. Now the company is asking me that it will take another one plus week to source the part.

                    This is very pathetic and taking the clients for a ride. I expected the company to have a inventory of spare parts at their site to avoid hand to mouth attitude of the service team.

                    THE staff were very unhelpful and were reading the SOP to me. If the company cannot provide onsite service then better stop selling these machines to Indian clients.

                    I had a very bad experience earlier also when i PURCHASED a new Dishwasher which was supplied to me in a faulty condition and your people made me to wait for another ONE month to provide a replacement.

                    PLEASE ADVISE WHY THIS PATHETIC ATTITUDE FROM THE COMPANY

                      My washing machine is 3 year's old. Just 3 months back extended warranty has expired. And know the drum is making lot of noise. This company should be banned from making products. They are cheating people by making like this products. Can any body help me for repairing this product it is 1200 rpm 7 kg washing machine.

                        I had made a complaint about my Siemens Washing Machine for repair
                        through Toll No. An Engineer from SVS Entrprises Chennai 600068 visited home and inspected.He mentioned that AMC will be ideal for maintaining the machine. Accordingly i have taken AMC by paying Rs.12, 500/- against their bill no. 2274 dated 12.8.2022. Next day another engineer Mr. Nagarajan came and fit the spare. NExt day when I started using the machine i found that panel replaced and timer are not matching. It has been escalated to the company so many times but there is no response. Individually to the engineer also being informed but no response. When we approached the company every time they informed that complaint from my side was not registered or they call back. but they are very disrespectul. Request your intervention to solve this issue.

                          Refer trailing mails. The technician has resolved the issue. However, i feel i have been cheated.

                          Initial issue was told with 2 parts. The image is attached. However, when i had checked with area manager, mr Amol sawant he had told me that 3 parts had been ordered. 3rd one being inverter.

                          When the technician mr Pandey (same as the one who had checked before and recommended 2 spare parts) came for replacement, he immediately told me that the 3rd part ie invertor also needs to be changed. On enquiry he confirmed that though the existing inverter is not faulty, it is not compatible with the new part and hence needs to be replaced. The inverter itself is ₹4000. So now i had to pay ₹9600 instead at ₹5600.

                          Hence, i was left with no option but to get all three parts replaced.

                          Why am i being made to pay if your spares are not compatible.

                          Kindly revert with explanation asap. Also, give contact details of technical head and escalation team head.

                              I had placed a service request for my dishwasher on 09 June 2022 in Pune. It was only after several calls on my part, that a technician was appointed on 16 June 2022 who said that a part replacement was required. The following day I received a call from the service centre requiring confirmation to requisition the part. I was also informed of the cost and gave my approval for requisitioning the said part. I was informed that the the part would be received in 8-10 days. However, even after repeated calls to the Customer Care number, I was not informed of the reason for the delay. Numerous calls to the Branch/Area/Local Managers Mr. Dhuludev Satpute and Mr. Amol Patil went unanswered. Mr. Swapnil Naik interacted with me on 2-3 ocassions and finally washed his hands of the matter by saying that the area of my residence was not in his jurisdiction. Finally, on 13 August 2022, a technician visited my residence with a spare for replacement. The spare part brought by the technician was of incorrect specifications and would not fit. He then called his supervisor and apprised him of the situation. I was informed that a new spare would be received within 2-3 days. As the machine was in a dis-assembled state, the technician asked if the machine could be left in this condition and he would return with the correct part and complete the job in the said period. Till today, 27 days later, the job has not been completed and the dishwasher is lying as is, causing great inconvenience. If Siemens is unable to do the job, courtesy and professionalism dictate that I should be informed accordingly. It will be appreciated by the Company that it is now three (3) months since my initial service request. I would like to have a positive time frame for completion of the job. Until such time, it is requeted that a technician is appointed to come and reassemble the machine so as to alleviate the inconvenience caused. A reputed company such as Siemens has shown very poor customer handling/satisfaction. I trust that this matter will be addressed with the utmost urgency.

                                Our Siemens Washing Machine stopped working because of a leakage in the pipe. The company sent a service engineer (Ashraf) after 7(!) days, citing a mix-up in their server. After the pipe was fixed (which took another 4 days), the engineer told us that there is an issue with another part and that needs to be fixed as well. THis was on a Thursday. We instructed him to place the order for that part. After 2 days of following up with him, he said that the order was placed on Saturday and not Thursday and that the part would arrive by Monday-Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called him up and he refused to acknowledge the fact that the part was supposed to come! He said that it takes 7-8 days and the company instructed him to say 1-2 days. The Company or its service engineer is straight up lying to its customers. Stay away.

                                  After 4 months of follow up and frustrating service from siemens, I am filling this complain. We have raised request for service of dishwasher for error E02. They took more than one month of time to resolve the issue. In this period, Untrained labor has completely destroyed dishwasher which couldn't start after first 3 visit. Then they have given list of spare parts to be replaced which include power module and heat pump which cost me around 13000₹. E02 is error related to heat pump, power module was destroyed by their untrained labour. After changing these costly spare, again machine started giving same error E02. This time the service vendors was not responding to call at all. I have to physically visit service center and discussed with manager regarding complain. Now they have reverted that machine is not repairable. When we have raised this issue with siemens customer service they have given contact details of regional manager who has forwarded this complain to some other person. Now that person is also not responding to call. I am not sure what is going on from last 4 months but i am completely suffering from mental harassment and frustration due to such fraud service provided by siemens to its customer. I am expecting a strict action on this fraud service going on from siemens company. Details of mentioned below

                                    We had raised the service request for Dishwasher issues. Since then we have been chasing the company call centre team and technician for the resolution but it's still kot resolved. The call centre keeps committing that it will be resolved today through a technician visit. Did jot expect such hopeless service from. Siemens. Customer service request number[protected]

                                        I have contact to compony for the fixing my clothes washer witch is stuck in the middle between washing fabrics actually its not fixed its become 10 days to book a, whine yet nobody care about clients. They are vulnerable with there clients. I believe its smarter to have another compony electronic thing on the grounds that simens isn't pondering there clients.
