Bosch washing machine - wak24168in serie 4 not working - purchased on 9th mar 2017.
Registered a complaint (Sr[protected] on 13th july at 9 am.
I found that there is no proper response bsh even as on today (17th) 19.30 ist. Hence the issue now is much more than sr[protected] reported pertinent to washing machine.
I have made several calls to toll free number to get issue resolved.

Rude behavior, showing disrespect to customer & arrogance of all those who have interacted with me so far. This also includes bangalore branch people of bsh.
List of people with whom i have spoken with so far - faisal azir, christeena kurien, sunil yadav, dhansuka, vikas yadav, nazya, nambiar ajesh and
. I have also spoken with bangalore branch manager of bsh - karthik /
Service manager - navneet & rishikesh

My time and money is literally go wasted. I am kept on idefinitely waiting from 13th aug to till date. It is a very serious matter to be reported by a customer.
I request this forum to
(1) intervene at the earliest and initiate stringent disciplinary action against bsh employees.

(2) suitable compensation for waisting my precious time and money by having purchased this product from bosch home appliance (Bsh).

(3) written apology from bosch home appliance (Bsh).

Please be informed that India customer support is just a call center for creating service request and routing the same . SR has been created and routed to Bangalore branch .

BSH employees of the Branch office located at Bangalore are not at all in a mood to resolve this issue in a manner acceptable to me .

They interacted in very rude maaner, shown arrogant attitude ( Branch Manager - Karthik, Service manager - Navneet & Rishikesh ), made sarcastic remarks .I do not want their involvement in this issue any more .

Request to give direction to Bosch Home India customer support to make Zonal office ( of BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. located at Bangalore ) intervene in this matter at the earliest and arrange for F2F meeting .

Please be informed that I have written 5 emails to Bosch Home India Customer Care( service.[protected]@bosch-home.com) so far and customer care did not bothered to giver proper response for all these mails till date . I have shared mobile number in the mail sent to them

It is surprising to note that when the issue is brought to notice of consumer complaints forum, Bosch India customer care responded "immediately "as if Bosch India customer care were not aware of this issue and that they should engage the customer respectfully .It is really shame on Bosch Home India Customer Care to feign ignorance and exhibit hypocrsy.Even though mobile number was shared in those mails sent to them, Bosch Home India Customer Care did not try to reach me .

I received very casual email responses from Bosch Home India Customer Care .I have email evidence to proof this point .Mails were received from Aksay Gaurav / Simant Tawde of BSH Household Appliances .

I want Bosch Home India Customer Care to acknowledge this unconditionally in writing . Aksay Gaurav / Simant Tawde of BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd should find my mobile number in any one of 5 mails received from my side .

Can Bosch Home India Customer Care deny these facts ? why do you conduct yourself like this ? Bosch Home Appliances. should not stooped to this level of cheapness and act of smartness.

My grievances are as noted below :

My precious time and money literally go wasted and still getting wasted because of Bosch Home Appliances.I am kept on idefinitely waiting from 13th Aug to till date to get the issue resolved . It is a very serious matter to be reported by a customer .

I request this India consumer complaints forum to

    It's been 1 1/2 months we are facing problem with bosh washing machine. It is having problem with pressure sensor and service man visited our promises and told will replace but already more than one month over. Still service department telling stock not their and gst problem like that. After we raised again request to service. No one didn't responded from last 4days.

      I bought a washing machine and got it delivered on saturday. The person who was supposed to come for demo sad that he will come at 4 afternoon and then he kept on saying he will come in 1 he and kept me waiting till 8 evening but never appeared. My entire day got wasted for this useless fellow. I know how to use washing machine and would like to suggest the company if you are intentionally keep these type of person then would like to inform you that we have got multiple brands available in this section and you can cheat anyone once only.

      Please try to respect time of others also.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I've purchased a Bosch Washing machine (WAB16161IN) from Amazon (Invoice attached) on 19th March, 2017. The machine stopped working on 17th June, 2017. I tried to reach the service person on 17th June, 2017 and raised a support request on 20th June, 2017 with Bosch. The support person came on 21st June and identified an internal wiring issue which needs replacement. He said the part is ordered and it will be replaced in 5 days. However, even after 29 days, and after multiple calls to the help desk, the issue is pending with them and the repair is yet to happen. Please consider this as a serious issue with respect to the service commitment from Bosch India towards its customers. Not even a single time, they have called me to give an update and even after repeated requests, I’m not getting any support. Could you please support my case and escalate this to Bosch India accordingly? With 2 small kids, my wife and I are struggling to complete the chores due to this issue.

            I received through Invoice Number: 377562/2016-17/25. On[protected]. Bosch 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine WAB16060IN

            I am complaining about interior cabinet lock system and others are not in the proper mode i expected that it is the manufacturing defect

            After reeving Bosch 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine WAB16060IN i phoned to the authorized person to install the washing machine as per the manual, he came on Dt.[protected] and ready to install but he identified some of the internal accessories are not properly fixed by the manufacturer due to defect of the mould of the washing machine frame. the authorized person tried to install the actual position due to mould defect and other defect the internal accessories and other accessories not existed in the actual position.. he gave me suggestion that it come under the warranty and the company will replace the washing machine because of these defects so you register the complaint in the complaints register form that the authorized person did not give written to me.

              I have purchase dishwasher on jan 2015 from the day one it was installed it was having problem, quality of washing was not as accepted it was full of stains, open multiple complains with bosch service, service manager from bosch promise to refund my money but till today he haven't refund yet not entertain my calls, this machine is just standing useless at my place... Washing utensils with hand after investing huge amount.. Please look into this matter and hel get my money refund.

                I had purchased bosch front loading washing machine from mysore. I got a display piece without proper packaging, full of scratches and opened manuals etc. I went to the dealer and the display piece was missing. I was promised delivery in 4 days. After multiple followups, finally they sent display piece. Dealer denied sending display piece but unable to explain why the display piece is missing in the showroom. I complained to bosch and they said they will look into it. The technicians visited and confirmed it was a display piece. They said they will get back. Its more than 3 months and they stopped responding to my emails also. Its unfortunate that bosch has stooped to such low levels. Bosch seems to fully support the dealer.

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased a washing machine (Model # wak24268in) on may 22, 2017. I have called up customer care on june 12, 2017, and have requested for a standard installation and demo of the product. I was surprised to hear from the representative that i had purchased the product one year ago, which is not the case, and had to explain him that i made the purchase this year itself (I have the invoice with me wherein i can provide a proof that indeed i made the purchase this year itself). I was told by the representative that an engineer would visit my house and install the product and give a demo of the same. Two days have passed and neither have i got a call from any of the representative nor i got a message. I have called up the customer care again today and i got the same response that the issue would be addressed in 48 hours.

                  I haven't expected this from a company like bosch and this issue makes me think before recommending any of bosch products to my family/friends.

                  Please arrange for an engineer to get the standard installation/demo done at the earliest.

                      Dear sir, recently i have purchased new bosch washing machine on 19th 05.2017 however its been 20 days now an no service engineer is visited for the first free demo installation. I have lodged 100 calls customer care but whenever i call representative simply say we have registered you complain and the service engineer will visit you today but that day is not come yet.

                      Today i got call from engineer and he is asking for 1400 rs as a travelling charges and stating that i will not visit your place until you agree to pay me.

                      Please look into this matter urgently otherwise i will go to consumer court in the following week.

                        I bought this fridge from qrs company kottayam kerala. Within one year this fridge has a water leaking because of door beeding of the fridge broken and the door tray has been broken. I kindly request to rectify the problems as soon as possible. I have already registered this complaint on may 2017.
                        Service repair agent came and analysised the problems and according to him for repairing the fridge they wanted to change the beeding of the fridge and the broken tray.

                          I have purchased a washing machine on Wednesday 31st May from the Store Sargam Electronics Ghaziabad, It was assured to me that Machine would be delivered on the same day but delivery come to me on Sunday 4th June 2017. Today on 5th June company persons come to me for installation and demo and asking the charges for some kind of adopter, he said the machine is designed as per German standards so in India you have to use adopter, i couldn't understand that if any company launches a product in India than it should have the features according to local standard.
                          It was told to me the payment given to the store is full and final payment and installation and demo is free of cost. i have talked to your service head Mr Darpan he asked very rudely that if you can't pay for the adopter than you are free to return the machine. Such kind of behavior is not expected from such a reputed company personnel, secondly when installation is free than why one should pay money for the adopter.
                          Please look into the matter personally and resolve the matter.

                                I am having a front loading type washing machine purchased on 03/06/2012. Machine performance is very satisfactory till date. Now, the carbon brush assembly in motor need to be replaced. On enquiry with the service center i, understand that the cost of carbon brush assembly is rs.3500/- whereas, cost of motor is only rs. 4000/-. There is something wrong in this. Carbon brush is only a small part in the motor which need to be replaced often in a working unit. No doubt, this type of spare cost shall definitely effect the credibility of bosch. Request the concerned to look in to this and take suitable action at the earliest. Replacement of carbon is urgent in my case.

                                  We bought a Bosch front loading washing machine from croma(R-city, Ghatkopar) on Saturday, 13th October. Till date the installation guy has not arrived after repeatedly following up with him and croma.
                                  I believe such negligence only takes place in India as the rules are not stringent here. How can an established brand that you claim to be Bosch keep the customer waiting for a week over your​ promise of installing it within 2 days.
                                  My washing machine is lying in a corner of the house for over a week. I request you to refund my money and take it along.

                                    I have bought a bosch Washing Machine on 09.11.2013 from Maliekal Electronics Kollam with two year warranty and warranty expired on 08.11.2015.
                                    Model No WAG 140601N/06

                                    Immediately after the expire of the warranty the problems started
                                    By may 2016 the main drum of the Machine got damaged and had to be replaced with a total cost of Rs 11, 000/- and Rs 800/- service charge.
                                    In 2017 April the front door lock got damaged and replaced with a total cost of Rs 2, 100/- and Rs 800/- service charge. Now on May 2017 again it is not working and after inspection ( paid Rs 800/- for this inspection also, then only he disclosed the issue) the service technician says that both the power modules are damaged and requires to be replaced . The cost of replacement is Rs 14, 000/- .I dont know what is happening. Immediately after the expiry of the warranty, three major complaints within a period of of 12 months. already paid more than Rs 15, 000/- for the first two repairs and this time another 14, 000/-.
                                    My friends are using similar models of the washing machines of other companies for more than ten years with no issues. With this repair the total cost of the repair exceeds the cost of the machine.

                                      The complaint was registered on 18th March 2017 for service and replacement of component which is broken, the service personal visited us on 20th and promised us that he will do the service of the Hood the next day along with the delivery of the Spare component we ordered. Since he insisted we also made the payment.
                                      Until now we neither received the spare nor the service done for the payment already made inspite of several reminders. This amount to extreme poor customer service and cheating. I do not understand why you are selling products which you are not able to support with basic spare parts.

                                      It is now close to 50days without a solution, you either supply us the spares or please process a full refund of the product.

                                        Our machine was just 3months old and it already got a repair. We called the customer care and registered the service order on 18april but no service agent came until 24th that too after so many calls to customer care. Its very frustrating nd the worst service ever. No one is giving correct information. Customer care guys are telling that we were allotted a agent but finally when we got the agents number after continuous calls for a week, they said tht they didn't receive any complaint regarding our complaint. Finally the agent came at night and checked and said tht sensor was damaged nd need to replace nd will give us a call the next day about the availability. But no call was made till now and they are not even picking up our call. What should we do nd to whom should we complaint? This s the worst service experience ever for us nd very frustrating nd waste of time. Repair just aftr 3months and service not available properly. Never ever going to buy bosch after this. Waste of money and time. Still don't know when our machine is going to get repaired.
