I have registered my complaints 1 week ago at coimbatore service centre. For past 3 days they called me and said they would come on the same day. But still no one came and not even give single call about failure to attend. I finally found out service centre enquire about reason. Everyone giving different reasons. Like one said bike puncture, other meeting etc. So many different reason. Is it international company or pakka local product. You people behaviour like pakka local. I didn't expect this from bosch. Here after I never buy any bosch product. I don't know whether you are going to take any action regarding my complaints. I lost faith on bosch

    We purchased Bosh Washing machine with Front Load and 6.0 Kg capacity 6 months back. We are now facing a problem with this product such that it is not starting after initial configuration. As per my understanding, looks like there is some problem with the Start button. It would be easy and helpful if a service personnel can look into the issue at home.

    Tried reaching the customer care with toll free number. But no help. There are no effective mechanism to reach the Bosch's customer care.

    Need resolution for this issue as early as possible.

      I purchased front load washing machine on 30/10/2016 and now izs dryer not qorkimg.called several times on toll free number .no reply, i am really diappointed by there services .what we look in product before buying is there services
      But i think its totally poor .no body to contact not even any number on website except that toll free.and dealer says call on that toll free.no one have that much time to spend whole day calling you people again and again and still you dnt answer

      Residual water logging in Softner compartment. The fabric softner is not emptied.
      I have cleaned the compartment however the issue still persists
      Yellow sir I have purchased a Bosch frond open washing mechine in the month of December 2016. Now it has got many problem.when we use 30 washing option during washing time it will slip into spine option and stop working. When we use 40 washing option it is working but making big noice.we want to return it and get a new one.

        This service request was registered on 28-feb.
        Product is under warranty. The service executive visited immediately and mentioned that a spare has to be replaced. After this the spare part didn't arrive for few weeks and even after it arrived, the executive has not come back to fix the dishwasher.
        We are waiting for more than a month to get our dishwasher working!
        Please look into this at the earliest.

          I have bought bosch microwave eight months back, it was faulty and it's display was not properly showing. I have complained about it once and actechnician have came and changed the electrical plate. Again the display is not showing properly, and the temperature settings also is faulty, not able to do any baking or grilling in that. I am really regretting that i have decided to buy a bosch microwave, as you have sold me a faulty machine. I have bought bosch refrigerator, which also was faulty. But they replaced the refrigerator.

              Bought Washing machine from Amazon on 11th Jan. After repeated escalations to Amazon and Bosch got the machine installed after 45 days.
              The price was not transparent as 24000k. Installation charges are extra. No product installation done for more than 4 weeks. Product was available at 22000 when I checked locally. After repeated calls and escalation to Amazon and Bosch service center the service person visited 45 days after the machine was bought. Because we refused to pay 800 as demo charges (this charges were not mentioned at time of purchase) the product demo was not done. For my neighbors the service engineer spent 3 hours completely explaining the machine used and show how to use the machine by washing clothes. In my home demo was not done. Bosch has policy of additional demo charges which are not included in product cost. For non metros the service is delayed by more than week and costs 800 every time. LG, IFB and Samsung have established service centro all over India. Please avoid Bosch as you will be at their mercy for service for next 10 years.

                I would like to bring to your notice that I have logged a complaint regarding my washing machine in the month of December, technician visited my location in the month of December and said some pcb board need to be replaced and my washing machine is under warranty. I have called up your call center at least 10 times no response I am only getting assurance that I'm this will get resolved.

                I have spoke to person by name Suneel who works in bosh Hyderabad, he is giving all vague answers saying part has been dispatched it get misplaced and again sending once again, received different product etc,

                I finally decided to go to consumer forum and would like to claim the damage including the refund for the the cost of this he washing machine. I have captured all communication done with the call center and service center personals. My registered mobile no [protected]. Hope to see my washing machine money is refund.

                      Procured in July 2014, the washing machine was not getting unlocked last year after completing the wash.

                      Since the machine was under warranty I called up the customer care and booked a complaint. The so called technical engineer came home, didn't know what to do with the machine, just hit the door from different angles and it got unlocked. He said the part has to be changed and said IT IS NOT covered under warranty. Since the locking/unlocking was happening, I asked him not to do anything and paid him the visiting charges of Rs. 800.

                      However he called me the next day and said the part CAN BE CLAIMED under warranty, though it is working fine, will be better to get it changed. I told him to bring the part and change it. However the part he brought looked fake, without any seal from BOSCH or any receipt from BOSCH. Unsure about his intentions, I told him not to change the part.

                      The machine was working fine until Jan 2017 and now the door is NOT locking and the machine wouldn't start. The technical engineer came from SV Care, Bangalore. Within 2 minutes from entering the house, he said the PCB and the lock hook has to be changed, part inventory is not available, don't know when it will come. And I had to pay him Rs. 800 for this information.

                      After I argued, he made couple of calls and told me an estimate of Rs. 11000 and the part has to be IMPORTED from German. I do not know how did he identify the part has to be replaced, he did not even touch the machine.

                      Is this some kind of cheating BOSCH is doing with its customer with the help of local service providers? They clearly have Original parts and Duplicate parts, and have NO technical competence to identify an issue.

                      Rs.40000+ worth washing machine, rude technical staff, cheating service providers, zero inventory of parts, started giving trouble within 2 years of purchase. It is a BIG scam.

                        I have posted my complaint almost 2 months ago. Still the tecnicans from Bosch are not able to identify the fault in the dishwasher. They have at as in replaced an internal filter which has not solved the problem. I still get dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Now even the technician S and the service head of Bosch Mr Victor repeatedly refuse to take my calls. Is there nobody in Bosch who can make a decision and solve the problem for the customer by refunding the money for a faulty machine?? Is the customer supposed to just compromise after paying almost Rs40000 for a dishwasher which never once gives clean plates. Am I supposed to eat in dirty plates??? Is this the promise of Bosch. I want a refund.

                          I had purchased Bosch Washing Machine WAS24460IN in the year 2014. Suddenly in January, 2017 the machine stopped working. A service request no. [protected] was raised and a service engineer visited our home. He stated that the 'Power Module' of the machine has failed and requires replacement. The estimated cost of the replacement was quoted at Rs.14000 and also subject to availability of the spare parts. The issue to get the machine fixed is available on a different thread(dated 11 Jan 2017).

                          Main Issue : Apparently the company has a practice of taking advance for the spare parts being replaced. This practice is "UNETHICAL" and unheard of as most companies first provide the service and then charge for the services. Infact their service provider in Delhi 'JSR Sales Company' has sent details of their bank accounts where the money is to be deposited for the spare parts. At first I did not believe the service provider and hence called the company helpline on 14-Jan-2017 at 11:15AM. One Priyanka confirmed that ingfact this is a company policy to take advance for spare parts.

                          This according to me in 'Unethical Practice' and should be discontinued ASAP.

                            Its very bad experience about bosch services.. I really dissapointed in terms of getting demo for bosch washing machine. We have purchased the bosch mashing machine on nov 2016, later we have raised the request for demo for the same after the several fallow ups done. Finally one guy came from 24/7 services his mobile no. Is [protected]. But he didn't install the machine and he had stolen some bosch machine water supply tube and said that he will come back imdtly. But till now no one has turned up to give demo or to return the items which was taken from our bosch machine. On daily basis i am getting the calls from snap deal (Purchased through snap deal) but still issue is not yet resolved. Finally i have taken no. Of 24/7 company no. And i had contacted but they said very rash mode that i need to contact the bosh customer care and they are not giving proper answer to us...
                            I finally got irritate and i don't want your machine... I never expect this kind or service from bosch.

                              I had purchased bosch washing machine was24460in in the year 2014. Suddenly in januray, 2017 the machine stopped working. A service request no. The estimated cost of the replacement was quoted at rs.14000 and also subject to availability of the spare parts.

                              The price quoted for replacement of the 'power module' is quite steep and is totally unjustified. Bosch is a premium product (Premium pricing over other washing machines) and if it requires part replacement of rs.15000 every 2 years then the product is not worth the price.

                              We had purchased the product due to superior german quality. Infact we even have a bosch dishwasher. Now we are apprehensive about buying any bosch product due to such steep initial purchase price and exorbitant servicing costs.

                                !!DISMAYED WITH BOSCH, HARDLY WORKED 170 HOURS!!!

                                I had delightful and awesome experience my old IFB washing Machine which served over 12 years of trouble free service only issue was with belt that also due to wear and tear.
                                To replace this machine I contacted our nearest home appliances dealer M/S VENU’S DIGITAL ARCADE THRISSUR KERALA and as per advice from their sales person, bought this “German Engineered “Bosch front-loading Washing machine (5.5 KG - WAG14060N) on Aug 31st 2013.

                                We used this machine hardly once in a week with less than one hour program, so will be 4 times in a month and now for 3 years and 4 months approximately 160 times. Recently it had a problem to cut off in between the program cycle and we have to restart the machine to complete the cycle. However two days back while working, the machine stopped and completely dead in between and no power is coming to the machine. I.e.no indicator is glowing when we switch on the power.

                                I contacted my supplier M/S VENU’S DIGITAL ARCADE THRISSUR KERALA and after a while I received a call from BOSCH and asked about the condition of the machine and firstly they told for just visiting and checking the machine, they will charge me Rs. 800.00 (better to ask Rs.1000.00, who’ll question??) and if there is any serious issues, they will charge for spare parts and service charge extra. After hearing this I’s really dismayed since I paid a huge amount for this “claiming” German technology machine which worked hardly 160 to 170 hours. A low priced China machine may work better than this and why you people are cheating the Indian customers????

                                Now I checked with some of my friends and relatives who had purchased this “ German Technology “ device, and heard that they also faced such problems immediately after the warrant period and they told me that mostly once the technician inspected the machine will ask to replace the circuit panel that may cause perhaps half the price of this precious product.

                                I strongly believe that your products are not "Tested" for Indian conditions and they are dumping it here. I am very much disappointed and already conveyed this bitter experience to the dealer M/S VENU’S DIGITAL ARCADE THRISSUR KERALA and planning to put my experience with this “German Technology “device in the local newspapers for public awareness of the Indian subsidiaries of these firms taking Indian customers for a ride and not to be cheated again by sweet words and sparkling ads in the media.                                   I have purchased a bosch dishwasher from ezone, bangalore with an invoice number[protected] on 31/12/2015 and was installed in the month of march'2016.
                                  From the day one i have facing some or other manufacturing faults with the dish washer. I have contacted so many times to the bosch call center and technician visits after 2 to 3 days and takes minimum a week to solve the problem. I have tried to contact all bosch heads through emails and got a reply saying that same will never repeat. Even now the dish washer is not working and i have complained on 6/12/2016 with three follow up calls and still the problem not solved.

                                    I have purchased a dishwasher in November 2014.within 6 months the dishwasher was not washing the dishes clean. after repeated complaints the company technicians were unable to resolve the issue.dirty particles were always remaining on all the dishes after every wash cycle.i have written to the company repeatedly for a replacement but they are not responding.the technicians toocome and checkup the problem and without resolving the issue, they close the case. please help me to get a replacement immediately.

                                    Please take a look at the pics I am sending you of the dirty dishes. They are so dirty that they need to be washed after being washed in the dishwasher for more than 2.5hours. Please give me a refund of the amount paid for the dishwasher as the after sales service is so bad that the complaints are not attended to even after repeated reminders. The fate of the customers is in the hands of the technicians who come if they feel like coming, and then do a little bit to check the problem and then even when the problem is not solved they just close the Matter and disappear. I am tired of contacting customer care every month and waiting for their technician to come. If the problem can't be resolved the company must refund the entire amount and end this tiring and time consuming hassle to the customer.

                                    After posting this complaint to consumercomplaints.in the technician Mr Narendra Patel from Bosch came and replaced the filter for the inlet pipe. But the problem still continues. Earlier Mr Junaid from Bosch too tried to solve the problem in more than 10 visits to my house but couldn't. Then Mr Kiran From Bosch tried to find the problem in 3-4 visits to my house and after running the dishwasher and replacing many parts was unable to correct the problem. Mr Somnath, head of Bosch Sales in Goa, promised me to refund the money if the problem is not rectified. Now he has put Mr Victor in the middle saying Mr Victor is the decision maker . Mr Victor, head of Bosch service, is not accepting that the machine has any problems. He says that the problem is with my dishes. Then how is it possible that some plates are clean whereas some other plates of the same type are dirty. If the problem was with the plates then all the plates should be dirty. Whereas 4-5 plates and cups are dirty after the wash cycle and the remaining 4-5 plates and cups are clean. The problem is with the dishwasher. The water is not reaching all the dishes evenly as expected. That's why some plates are clean and some are dirty. Everytime, the technician Mr Patel says we will observe one more time. How many times must a technician visit to solve the problem. Mr Patel has add already come to my house 5-6 times and also opened the entire machine and also replaced the filter and also cleaned the entire machine. Still the problem continues. Warranty means that the company will repair the problem but if that is not possible to repair the machine, then the faulty machine must be replaced or refunded. I want a refund for this dishwasher. I have gone through enough problems with this machine that I don't want it anymore. Even the service is so bad that the customer has to wait for more than a year to solve any problems. Please look into the complaint and please get me a refund.

                                    I bought a washer dryer 3 days ago and called manufacturer for installation. They said someone will visit with in 48 hours. Its almost 60 hours and no body turned up. When I call them again they're are still saying 48 hours. Poor service.

                                      I bought the top end Bosch Washing Machine (AvantiXX 7Kg).

                                      We have been facing substantial difficulty in getting defect parts replaced within acceptable timeframes.

                                      On October 28th, 2016, our Bosch washing machine's door (hinge) broke. We raised the issue promptly with Bosch Customer Service the very next day.

                                      We have made several calls to Bosch Customer Service Centre and despite continued reassurances, the door has still not been fixed (complaint #[protected]. We have been told several times that the replacement part is on its way.

                                      For the past 40+ days we have had to wash the clothes by hand and by other means.

                                        We paid rupees 26000 and bought bosh washing machine and we din not use much also but within 3 years we already paid 1/3 amount for repairs. Also recently when we called for repairs they came and charged 800 for checking and said we have to pay 15000 for repairs.complete rip off .we are not going to pay for repairs.But we want the 800 back which we spent for nothing for a service they dint provide.
