I called bosch custome service and they send some techincian whose contact number and name is not known by customer service.. he didn’t do any service and took 800rs service charge. When asked for bill he asked to contact customer service for which even bosch service center has no clue.. now they have sent another guy name sanju.. even he didn’t give proper info..
Bosch service center is just a scam.. they just loot customers money and all the products are fake.. its just 5 years front load washing machine and the drum not working and they are asking 19000 to change the drum for which there is no warranty .. the cost of machine ist 26000

    Some sound came from the back side of the refrigerator on 05/07/2022 and registered service request order no[protected] on same day itself. Since yesterday was Sunday, I am okay that the technician was not available. Confirmation SMS received today (Monday) morning and contacted the concerned person three times and confirmed that he will be visiting, but not received till now, not attending the calls. Me and my family was unhappy with the sevice provided.

        I got and error in my Bosch washing machine and i called the Bosch Customer Care.
        The Service engineer visited my place on 13th October 2022 and suggest me that the board and door lock has to be replaced and it would cost around 15000 and would be done in 2 days.
        I refused to do so but i got a call from the Senior team leader of Bosch and he suggested me that the total cost would be around 8000 and would be done in 2 days.
        I never got a call from them and i had called the Service Engineer and the Senior Team leader to their personal number and they never responded, then i have to call the customer care to get a call back from them to hear it would be done in 2 days.
        This kept repeating as i have to call the Customer every alternate day to hear from them it would be done in 2 days.

        Now i have lost the hopes as when it would be done and i have to take a call in filing a complaint.

          We have been facing issue with the washing machine since 15th July 2022. Since then we have been connecting back to back to the customer care as well as the technician and the head technician. First of all no one is bothered to know if the issue raised have been resolved or not, on top of it I have to call every single time to ask for the update.

          The issue with the machine are as follows
          1.Drum not spinning at full speed in dry cycle
          2.Cloths are not drained properly and remain wet
          3.Higher temperature settings not working properly

          Since the initial complaint raised after that technician have changed the motor and mother board of the machine, few days it was fine and within a month of time we started facing the same issue once again. They keep on saying one or the other reason repeatedly but they are not at all providing proper resolution and blaming our house power supply is not fine, though all the other high voltage appliances are working perfectly fine at our home. Further after fighting for few months now they have taken to their warehouse to check on it. Its been 15 days now no proper update has been given and after multiple calls they sent us videos of the machine operation, upon checking the videos they have sent it is seen that the machine faces the same issue and the problem is not with the power supply of our house. Seems like they want to just pass-out the time as the warranty will be getting lapsed by end of November 2022.

            I have bought a Bosch Top load machine from Croma Piplod Surat in the month of March 2022, and by June 2022 the top lid started making creaking noise. So my family raised a complaint to which the service guy came and checked and told that the mechanical part in the frame is faulty and hence needs to be replaced. He then ordered the part which took almost one month to arrive. Next time to change that part another technician came to repair it and he observed that the frame is broken and the sound was coming due to it and not due to the internal part. Now i suspect that either of the technician while opening and fitting the internal part must have broken the frame or it must have been broken since the beginning. If that is the case i am totally amused by the service quality and the product quality of Bosch. The technician refused to replace the broken lid and said that it would be payable. So i escalated the matter to your call centre through which i got the number of Mr. Hitesh Gadhiya, branch manager Surat. To my surprise he was not even ready to understand and empathise instead had one tape recorded being played that damages would be chargeable.

            I am really disappointed with the way Bosch is handling my case and I must tell you this would be the first and last product of Bosch to be purchased by my family. We have been using LG and Samsung since so many years never faced such an issue. They have been proactively servicing us and I am now repenting our decision of buying a Bosch product. Hoping for a positive revert to this message with quick resolution.

              We had made complaint for front load washing machine WAK24168IN/07 on 14th sept 2022 for program sequence error.
              But no body from bosch showed interest for servicing after repeatedly calling bosch customer care and sending multiple emails. On 22nd sept service engineer visited and told it is motherboard issue and has to replace it.
              For replacement he told it will take another 3-4 days. But till date no replacement happened. I called there service area manager, senior manager but they are not responding.
              I was shock how bosch customer care is so careless. In future I will not buy any bosch product that is sure.

                Just four month (June 2022) before brought Bosch fridge the model is CTN27S03NI/2021, it is not properly function the cooling control part and fan. i complaint the customer service 20 days before still not solve the issue. frequently calling to the customer care they said we ordered complaint parts just wait. very worst product . i personally recommend don't buy this product....

                  The juicer was not working 2 months back for which we complained. A technician came and said a part ( the top most cover) would be changed so we purchased from him/company worth around ₹2000 but with in a short span its again not working!!! Surprisingly all this under warrant. :(

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    I bought two Bosch appliances from Bosch authorised stockist “Super Power” and I’m happy with the dishwasher but, after being notified by the service personal of Bosch that the washing machine wouldn’t fit in the designated place and there is no other place in my house it will fit for the purpose. in light of this I have immediately informed the manager from where I bought and told them I want to return this item as it is not even taken out from its original packaging. Initially they were playing stories and when I insisted that I have a right to return the owner stopped responding and said I don’t have any rights.

                    I want the washing machine removed from my home and returned. If I don’t get a refund I will have to go to the court of law.

                      I have purchased a bosch washing machine in 2016, but now it won't turn on because of a PCB board issue and the company does not have spares for the same. This would have cost me only 3500 rs, now I will have to buy a new washing machine and the company is not providing any option other than a minor discount, which is already available on eCommerce sites. They are now dodging/ not replying to any messages.

                        Hi, I had bought a Bosch Fridge in Oct 2021. And within a span of one year, my fridge is having the second breakdown. Both the times the fan stopped working and needs to be replaced. This is happening within one year of purchase and how do I trust this brand anymore? To add to this problem, I'm yet to get my fridge repaired after my second complaint. The technician keeps telling me that the part has not reached. I do not understand, waiting for more than a week for replacement parts. And that too lack of communication and clarity about it. The complaint number is [protected]

                            We bought Bosch dishwasher last year and when I switched on it today it's not getting switched on. We checked the power point and the supply is good other appliances connected to that power socket is working but not the dishwasher.

                              I have raised my complaint for washing machine on 6th august. The executive visited and told that your drum and motor is damaged and these need to be replaced. They told me that it has been damaged due to relocation of washing machine. Their executive told me to approve the estimate of approx rs 11000/- on mail without sending any mail. When i told him that i didn't receive any mail then these guys try to imitate that they had already sent the mail but actually they didn't sent it. They immediately send me the mail for approval.

                              I told them that i have taken amc for your washing machine. They told that it is not covered. Then what's the use of amc??
                              now i am calling customer care guys about the repairing of washing machine, they closed my request by saying that executive called you and you didn, t respond, actually executive didn't visit and nor did he called me and bosch guys closed the complaint without verifying it from me.

                              This shows the customer service of bosch. I think it's my biggest mistake that i had taken bosch product.

                                I have Raised complaint that my Bosch Washing machine is blinking on and off ( on 22ng august) and the technician has visited the place and informed that one card is malfunctioning and need to replace the Part number.

                                Its September 17th nearly 1 month completed nothing has been done and i have contacted Service center they told me next week, next week and son on... . Seriously very frustrating and Useless service by bosch.

                                Know finally when i called them know they are saying it will come by October 1st week and i am sure when i call 1st week of October they will say end of October as well.

                                This is Super Excellent quality of service from BOSCH.

                                  Hi, I have purchased iDOS washing machine the month of July 2020, Since then i have been having one or the other issues, Initally It was a problem with circuit board and then invertor and now display, It is taking more than 3 hours for 1 hour wash and also below are other issues, locking system does not work, voltage is expected to set less than 240 how can we control the BESSCOM supply of electricity .

                                  I have logged n number of service tickets however not statisfied please take back and provide me good alternative washing machine or refund my money .

                                  I have 5 years of service warranty and also have other product very unhappy with your service and also dealer not helping on this.

                                    The staff called me at 5:30pm on the day of delivery of the car which was already in the service centre for car wash. I have a go ahead from my side and inform s th staff that I would collect the car the next day.

                                    The next day, i was notified that the car is ready to be picked at around 11am. But nothing was done and the car was not ready to be delivered. Its 3pm now and I am still waiting in the service centre for my car to be delivered.

                                    This is such a hopeless and fathetic service, which I never expected from a service centre from Borsch.

                                      Affter two years, my top load washing machine has more noise while spinning. Instead of just changing the rubber belt which was the main issue of my washing machine in November 2021, the engineer Mahesh said that as there is extended warranty, he will change the motor also and even when I told him, that motor already has 10 years warranty, he insisted on changing it which led to the cascading problems . They removed the spinning plate by banging it for atleast an hour which has led to the cascade of terrible problems namely a) roughened the steel drum which led to the lint collection in the filter and tearing of clothes consequentially b) inspite of changing the steel drum, still there is tearing of clothes and bell ringing sound while drum is spinning ( suspension rods are damaged as said by Bosch engineer).
                                      I have repeatedly written many emails with many service requests to Bosch service team, Onsitego with the proof of the whatsapp images and messages sent to the service engineers in 2021 and images of the torn clothes and the audio of the drum spinning sound. But Bosch company has completely ignored and negated the fault of the unprofessional Bosch engineers and offering me the Gift voucher of approximately Rs. 3954/- from Onsitego (i.e. deduction of the spare parts amount from the purchased amount Rs 20, 290-) when my good washing machine has been damaged by its own service engineers in November 2021? Is not the Bosch company responsible and accountable for sending these unprofessional engineeers and replace my scrap machine with a new one along with compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000/- for the damaged clothes from the period of November 2021 till date. The company is saying that it cannot look intro the, matter which happenned in 2021.
                                      I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my washing machine replaced with new on including Rs.1, 00, 000/- for the damaged clothes from the period of November 2021 till date.
