The staff called me at 5:30pm on the day of delivery of the car which was already in the service centre for car wash. I have a go ahead from my side and inform s th staff that I would collect the car the next day.

The next day, i was notified that the car is ready to be picked at around 11am. But nothing was done and the car was not ready to be delivered. Its 3pm now and I am still waiting in the service centre for my car to be delivered.

This is such a hopeless and fathetic service, which I never expected from a service centre from Borsch.

    Onsitego Service Request[protected]
    Affter two years, my top load washing machine has more noise while spinning. Instead of just changing the rubber belt which was the main issue of my washing machine in November 2021, the engineer Mahesh said that as there is extended warranty, he will change the motor also and even when I told him, that motor already has 10 years warranty, he insisted on changing it which led to the cascading problems . They removed the spinning plate by banging it for atleast an hour which has led to the cascade of terrible problems namely a) roughened the steel drum which led to the lint collection in the filter and tearing of clothes consequentially b) inspite of changing the steel drum, still there is tearing of clothes and bell ringing sound while drum is spinning ( suspension rods are damaged as said by Bosch engineer).
    I have repeatedly written many emails with many service requests to Bosch service team, Onsitego with the proof of the whatsapp images and messages sent to the service engineers in 2021 and images of the torn clothes and the audio of the drum spinning sound. But Bosch company has completely ignored and negated the fault of the unprofessional Bosch engineers and offering me the Gift voucher of approximately Rs. 3954/- from Onsitego (i.e. deduction of the spare parts amount from the purchased amount Rs 20, 290-) when my good washing machine has been damaged by its own service engineers in November 2021? Is not the Bosch company responsible and accountable for sending these unprofessional engineeers and replace my scrap machine with a new one along with compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000/- for the damaged clothes from the period of November 2021 till date. The company is saying that it cannot look intro the, matter which happenned in 2021.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my washing machine replaced with new on including Rs.1, 00, 000/- for the damaged clothes from the period of November 2021 till date.

      I am purchesed mixer grinder to local dealer thokkotu mangalore when my mixer grinder damaged 31st August same day take to dealer he checked and call to bosch service center tech told 3rd September Saturday delivery to you i asked why only Bush replaceing take 4days he told Bush not here I order and give you Saturday. But still not delivered today I asked what about my mixer grinder again he told Bush not aveleble . I asked where you order for Bush Germany or UK
      I know Bush is comon part of mixer every where aveleble parts. She is neglected.

      If mixer Bush replaceing more then 1 weak then other bosch home appliances what he did .

        Dishwasher started showing E19 error on 12th August 2022 and complaint registered on 13th August 2022. After repeated enquiry through customer care, Technician visited with spare part on 21st August 2022 and an amount of Rs.9400 was paid. As the machine started running, E01 error appeared which has not been rectified till date. They are extending the time with fake assurance. As customers, we are highly stressed because of the excess wastage of time and energy. Will never recommend this product to others. Worst response from service manager, Coimbatore.

          My washing machine is giving ghost like sound while spinning.

          Severel service requests were made to the Bosch Cust care to rectify my topload washing machine which is giving ghost like sound while it is spinning. Two times your service Engineers visited one time replaced suspension system and second time replaced gear system.But was not rectified instead the sound increased like anything with uneven spinning movement.

          So, I request you to kindly look into the matter to be solved immediately or suggest me to whom I should compla either in India or Bosch GmBH Germany.

            Placed a complaint on 11th Aug 2022 with ref number [protected].

            Technician has taken money for new door lock of the washing machine which needed to be changed.

            I am chasing the technician and Bosch company multiple times for over 12 days now and nobody is answering or providing service.

            I also got number of their area manager Mr. Duludev Satpute ([protected]) who does not answer any calls and nor does he reply to messages.

            Bosch company has taken money and are not providing any service. My washing machine is rendered useless and cannot be used.

            They are a fraud and I demand my money back.

              I have a malfunction in my washing machine, machine is inoperational since last 20 days, have lodged a complaint with bosch service request number [protected] on 9 august even after more than 15 days the service person who visited our house and diagnosed that the main board needs to be replaced and will replace within 3 days, that been said it is more than 15 days and no service executive or engineer including customer care is not answering...

              I have purchased fridge from Bosch last year Nov 21. Since last 2-3 weeks it has stopped working properly and lot of water droplets can be seen inside fridge, things are keeping fresh and getting rotten up. Even after raising complaints with customer care multiple time no one even bothered to appear.
              I even got number of area manager MR. Dev but he is not in a mood to pick calls whole day 365 days in a year.
              Assist in getting my complaints resolved. I am having a very bad experience post sale service with Bosch

                Sir I purchased a refrigerator on 10/2020 and this is my biggest mistake that i have trusted on bosch after so many complaints of this refrigerator in warranty period and after warranty period same problem arises again and again .I also contacted to higher authority of bosch but they tell that they can refund the amount after twenty percent depreciation. But why would i pay the depreciation of defective product. I don’t want any refund, i want only same capacity refrigerator of good quality because somewhere in my heart there is a little respect towards this brand. If company does not care about his valuable consumer then this is company’s loss as brand value of any company or product is because of its happy consumer. A consumer share his good and bad experiences with his family and friends.I hope you will do something to our request at the earliest.

                  Bosch Refrigerator issue. Please see below ticket numbers[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected].

                  Service managers and Tecnitian’s are completely useless. Waste of time. Making fool out of the customer.

                  It has been 4 months since I am raising complaints with Bosch home appliances but no luck getting resolved. I purchased refrigerator January 2022. It started freezing contents inside it after 2-3 months o[censored]se. 4 months and no resolution till date.

                      I have bought Washing machine from Amazon which was delivered on 25th July 2022 to my address with pin code 380060.

                      First of all, I did not get any information about when the engineer would be coming for installation. I am a working professional and I am available at home during certain time. I am contacting Amazon and Bosch since 3 days for installation. Every time they give me complain number and say that in 48 hours your complain would be resolved.

                      Yesterday I got a call from one of the engineer at around 1 pm stating that they are coming for demo. However, they shared some photos saying that we need to fit one tap with the size mentioned in the photo. I went to nearest Hardware shop and arranged a plumber who came for fitting around 2.30 pm. I called the Bosch Engineer that plumber is coming so you can come for demo within an hour or so.

                      Bosch engineer responded that they have left my area and see if they can come next day if they are coming in my area for a visit. I was highly frustrated. Do we need to wait for installation as per Bosch Engineer schedule or they need to call and confirm our schedule and availability?

                      If any product gets 4 to 5 days time for installation then what is the use? I contact Amazon. They say that they have escalated it and it should be resolved within 48 hours. I call Bosch everyday they are giving me a complain number. There is no way where I can schedule the installation and get the update on that.

                      I would not now recommend anyone to go for Bosch due to poor Services.

                        I had purchased Bosch dishwasher model number sms46ki03i from Sales emporium(lansdowne)68 sarat bose road kolkata-700025 on 17/7/22 at ₹45500 via credit card at 3 monthly instalment.Now on delivery time the showroom staff informed me that Bosch company had hiked the price by ₹7000 i need to pay extra or delivery will be not done.On refusing to pay extra now the showroom informed the dishwasher model sms46ki03i has been damaged during transportation Bosch do not have same model so now if i want to buy another bosch dishwasher i need to pay higher value.This is how Bosch and sales emporium are harrasing normal citizen and blackmailing me to pay higher value

                          Purchased bosch washing machine 4 years ago from Reliance digital nagpur, Maharashtra.

                          4 days ago, it started leaking water from below. Almost entire water quantity was draining from bottom of the machine.

                          When I opened front panel, I found that entire plastic covering of the drum was appearing as if it was joined by applying heat along the circumference of the met drum. That joint got separated at lower position and water was leaking profusely from that Crack. When enquired on Bosch customer service, they are estimating repair cost of about INR 14000.

                          My question is..
                          1. Did I get a defaulter piece.
                          2. Is Bosch fooling Indian customers by selling such a low-grade plastic. Nobody is likely to peep inside until there is problem.
                          3. Does Bosch has a provision to replace this faulty part free of cost?

                          Machine cost was about 28k, now after 4 years 14k.

                          I would appreciate if any authority comments on this problem before I prepare an informative video of the problem in public interest..

                                Dated of Incident: 28/06/2022.
                                I had purchased +2 Yrs extended warranty dated Mar 16th 2019, but the extended warranty document was not shared since the washing machine was delivered. When it happened that needed service - repair/replacement of part, requested again on Jun 28th 2022 for extended warranty document with Bosch customer care and SAS electronics none responded responsibility till date. Even the service center, has not responded on replacement of the parts.
                                Appreciate your support for the mental agony that I have undergone with Bosch team.

                                BE AWARE: Please be aware of fraud calls stating that they are calling from Bosch escalation dept/refund dept and there is voucher of xx amount for the complaint register here on this website and since it handled directly from PMO team customers are given compensation and via Yono SBI mobile app cash withdrawal option you are cheated. Yesterday I received such call from someone called Surya Malhotra - [protected] which such fraudulent ACT. I have registered complaint with cyber crime and SBI team.

                                  The body of less than three year old washing machine has been severely corroded at one spot at the bottom part. The metal flakes got peeled off.
                                  Bought Bosch thinking of a high quality machine...but experience tells the other way

                                    We have got installed a brand new Bosch dishwasher last week. It is giving electric shock. The authorised service person couldn't solve the issue. Intervention of higher level technical person is needed.
