The garbage truck guy isn’t picking everyone’s garbage . He is selective in picking up garbage

We complained when our washing machine stopped working to Bosch customer care. We got service person from *unprofessional* *Neha Home care Solutions agency.*

1. Service person 1 visit - Abhishek - 25 may 2022 - He didn't know anything regarding machine - he struggled a lot to remove the detergent panel. We helped him doing that.
- All he did during the visit was talking to senior every now and then and watching you tube videos and after all this he prescribed *Drain pump motor* - we paid 800₹ for this professional ?!!! diagnosis!

Visit 2 - Abhishek + his senior Sarath Babu

They together changed the drain pump motor - Paid 4425₹ - Test run failed

Another diagnosis - new discovery - *Drain Hose* change prescribed

Visit 3 - Vignesh - he installed new drain hose - ₹895 paid

*Again Test run failed*

Suggested to check with voltage - electrician problem and told voltage issue after calling his senior

We checked with electrician and he told power is 231 v - which is good and there is no issue with power

Visit 4 - Rajesh - checked and reported that the voltage input is fine and new discovery again - *power circuit failure*

New discovery discovered - circuit board damage - suggested circuit board change also told it may cost ₹6- 7 thousand ...

Later no response from Neha agencies - after so many calls we were tired.

We again tried calling customer care and said we wanted to talk to senior
They gave area manager number - *aravindham or arivanandham* - when we called he told I am the proprietor and didn't even listen to us properly...

We called customer care about the same - they gave another number - now the area manager is *Arun*

I said I wanted to talk to senior executive - Santhosh spoke - he told area manager is *Saravanan*
I really got shocked how come my area manager has three names and why are they wasting every one's time and energy !

So santhosh told me he himself will talk to the area manager !

Guess what ?! I got call from the same number with a service person named sarath !

They have no Bosch person to contact to complaint about this totally non professional agency !

I never expected Bosch service would be unprofessional to this extent !

Once again, here comes my worst experience with your Technician.
Most lethargic, sarcastic, totally unprofessional

He is saying, the top load washingmachine door won't last for long and it is expected to loose it's soft closing capability within a year

So, the quality of the Bosch product is so worse that it won't even last for a year?

Apart from the product quality, the service quality is also far far far behind any local company.

Technicians attitude was so bad that he was treating us like as if we know nothing.

I am hoping that the Bosch management will look in to this and fix the issue as well as take necessary action against the technician with such worst behaviour.

My name is Amala Dishani. My husband is a registered Bosch customer. The complaint number is [protected]. Our PCB had burnt and we have been waiting for the technician to give us an update on the board. However, it has been 2 weeks. The call center is pointing fingers at the service center (Neha Home Care Solutuons, Thoraipakkam) and the service center is pointing fingers at the call center. When a complaint is registered, it is open till a resolution is provided. These people are telling us that they are waiting for a phone call from the team to give a go. I have lost my patience and would like to take this legally to the consumer court.

I had raised a service request for my top load washing machine on 09-May-2022. The service technician behavior is completely rude & unacceptable. He did not service the washing machine & charged Rs.1, 500 for the service. Neither he provided the receipt nor service report. He came for service on[protected]. His phone # [protected].
He started he drum clean function & said the service is done. He didn't check or clean any inlet neither he opened the right bottom top.

I strongly demand for an action & either reimbursement of my Rs.1, 500 or kindly align another technician for servicing of washing machine.
such service experience is not excepted from Bosch. I can not accept such poor & devastating service experience from Bosch. I get the service booked through company not outside the company so that my product can be used & maintained as per Bosch standard. But the technician completely ruined it.

No service engineering turning out after many call and follow ups to replace the button. Too bad service. We would recommend not to buy Bosch products due to bad service.

I have purchased WAJ2416SIN, Silver washing machine and registered for installation via service order [protected]. Its been 3 days and no response. Customer care keep saying wait for 48 hours. This is an online purchase and unless registered technician installs, i cannot return if there are any defects. Please do the needful.

Dear Sir I am continuous in the followup for my washing machine that is idle since a month back I lodged complain to Customer care so many times even I talked to regional manager but no one visited and resolved problem is this the bosch company services?? We gave premium to purchase bosch otherwise we have so many options in the market we are hopeless and tired.can any body help to solve problem and start washing machine.

I have bought Refrigerator from Ankleshwar authorise dealer, i have complaint them about my problem and defective of door, they registered my complaint to bosch. After complaining Bosch area manager, state Manager are not responding to my complaint, i have complained them before 2 months on February 2022, Still i am waiting for answer from bosch company.
As they are using poor quality of door materials many complaints are coming on day to day basis.

I have complained about 7 times but no response from you ...iam not expecting this from you ...so many times iam complained about this issue next time I'll not prefer this for my friends ...everytime they took complaint but no response from there ...that is soo irritating ...please help me out of this issue as soon as possible ...I have wasted my money on this bloody company washing machine

i registered a complaint about washing machine 15 days back, bosch serviceman changed the panel of washing machine for Rs. 6800, still machine is not working.
now they are saying that its voltes problem, even machine was working from past years on same voltes.
I complain many times & I got no proper customer support.
service order no. 47637199. they are not refunding my amount even I have bill.

the company should take back the panel and refund the amount.

I have purchase bosch washing machine on 30 January 2022. Due to rat bitting only two small cable harness damaged. Technician estimated 11700 rs cost for cable harness and power module which almost 70% of cost of product.

I have purchased the bosch front loading washing machine model /e-nr:wab 16161 in/12, serial no.[protected] on
[protected], from Asian Radio House Sangli, Maharashtra. Bosch service engineer installed and commissioned the machine.
Until last year, I did not notice any issues with the machine, but then I found rust patches in the housing before completing 2 years of period. The left-hand side bottom portion of the housing is heavily rusted and is extended up to the front left-hand corner and the bottom. Also I found the rust portion paint started peeling off like paper and rust particles are falling down.
On analyzing the peeled portion the base preparation for the portion like primer coating, and red oxide coating has not been carried out before applying the final coat of white coat. Also, think the rust is formed due to internal leakage.
I contacted the toll-free services of Bosch but I was informed that the warranty of the machine is over. I feel the process of rusting is quite long and this could be because of manufacturing defects like not preparing the surface of the housing before the final coat.
I am forwarding herewith, the images of the rusted portion of the housing and peeled off rusted paint sheets for your reference.
Now I request you to kindly depute your personnel to study the discrepancy and recommend for free replacement of the housing.
I hope Bosch which is the no.1 leading manufacturer of the washing machine will definitely look into the matter and take the action.

We have complaint last week they came and replace the fan and charged 6300. Even through the fridge is not working we are following from last week they tell we will come and slove but till today no one came .

Since before six months same problem they change the fan and charge 7000. We provide bill today they told the warrenty has expire just 10 days. Then also we have paid.

We request you to make service department system and make your customer satisfied .

3 days before when i was washing time hear some up normal sound from the machine after that its got stuck and not moving drum i call to service center one lady is attend the call send one technician he came and examine the issue then he said me its need to be change all drum set and some other parts its cost above RS 15000 this company technicians are not repairing any parts just changing only we call for repair pls let me know what is
the process from Bosch company. I paid that technician 800Rs for service charge i got one receipt written as ABS associates, ANTS building Near padnilam temple, kollam, kerala

I first made a complaint for my built in microwave on 20th February. A technician visited and said two parts needed to be changed and would come within a week and replaced. It is 7th March today and I’m still waiting for the parts to be replaced. It was purchased 1 year ago and is still in warranty

I have purchased a bosch fridge and washing machine from QRS against invoice INV2- 30704 dated 02/11/2021 ( copy of invoice attached), the 327 ltr fridge is started giving problem from the date of installation itself, the problem is not cooling properly, then the service team had confirmed the the problem with the fan and it is rectified, but even after sometimes the same problem was statred again, so we are not able to store the items in freezer and stored items getting damaged immediately.

I have requested to the dealer and service center to replace the defective unit somany times, but nothing has happeded so far, based on my repeated requests now the service team visisted my house and tested properly, they had identiifed that, this particular unit is having serious issue on the functional side. So I request you to replace the same or I am force to take legal action against you and your dealer .
