[Resolved]  Bosch Home India — Dishwasher not working for the past 24 days even after repeated complaints and even after paying for spare part

Dishwasher started showing E19 error on 12th August 2022 and complaint registered on 13th August 2022. After repeated enquiry through customer care, Technician visited with spare part on 21st August 2022 and an amount of Rs.9400 was paid. As the machine started running, E01 error appeared which has not been rectified till date. They are extending the time with fake assurance. As customers, we are highly stressed because of the excess wastage of time and energy. Will never recommend this product to others. Worst response from service manager, Coimbatore.
