Washing Machine Issue - Complaint Number 6870481493

Hi Bosh,

Terribly upset with the product and service.

Only elderly people at home where the washing machine suddenly stopped working with cloths in water inside.

Raised the complaint on 20th April and technician visited. Without inspecting much declared the board has complaint. Didn't even assisted in removing the cloths. With no assistance from the Bosh team, the cloths are inside decaying...

Hi team I have a vehicle battery purchase for mastero scooty on 3/sept/2023 and having 2 years guarantee but battery got stopped working from 10 july 2025 and dealer battery meter checked its not battery is faulty need to be replaced but Bosch India Company office team is saying its ok in our meter and they are not sharing battery report and saying we cannot give a new replacement battery as it's working fine....

I am filing this complaint against Bosch India regarding my refrigerator, which I purchased around 5 years ago. The compressor has now failed twice, most recently in June 2024. The first compressor was replaced earlier under warranty. I have attached the original invoice and the service history for reference.

Dear Bosch India & Croma Teams,

Enough is enough. From today, you are on public and legal notice.

You’ve tried every possible trick — delay tactics, hiding faults, fitting local screws, ignoring facts, giving fake reports — just to run out my warranty and push future repair costs on me.

But let me remind you: this customer is not your average fool. I have full documentation, video proof, timeline, engineer names, and call/chat history — and now, I am going public.

FULL EXPOSURE POINTS – WITH LOGIC & PROOF

1. Noise & Vibration Not Normal – 20+ Videos Saved

Your engineer says: "Machine is normal."
But I challenge Bosch – go check ANY demo Bosch machine in any showroom or on YouTube.
Mine sounds like a tractor. I’ve shared proof in previous emails.

If you still say it’s “normal, ” then stop advertising Bosch as a premium brand. Start saying: "Our washing machines vibrate like cheap jugaad road-side machines."

2. LOCAL SCREWS Used in Premium Machine – Twice

First Time – 23rd Dec 2024:
Karthik changed original screws and inserted local hardware screws – in front of Anuj Sharma and Dilip.

He even said: “Main jumper 2 din mein bhi fail kar sakta hoon, ya 2 mahine mein bhi.”
What kind of engineer talks like this? This is Bosch service?

Second Time – April 2024:
Again, Karthik replaced screws with local hardware.
When I questioned him, he misbehaved and argued in front of Anujsharma and Dilip.

Tell me, who gave him permission to use unauthorized parts on a premium Bosch product?

3. Job Sheet = FAKE

Twice screws were changed. But your job sheets show NOTHING.
Why are you hiding this from internal reports?
How can your team say: “No issue in machine” when parts are being quietly replaced?

4. Panel Can't Hold Screw – That’s A Fault, Not Normal

Screws loosening from both side panels in 4 months is not normal.
It proves internal body vibration.
If your team denies it, they should quit Bosch and sell road-side machines.

5. Why Misleading Customer During Warranty Period?

Your team’s entire focus has been to:

Waste my time with fake “observations”

Delay till warranty expires

Use jugaad repairs (local screws)

Close complaints forcefully

Avoid accountability

Do you really think people like me will stay quiet?

MY QUESTIONS TO BOSCH INDIA:

1. Who gave permission to use local screws?

2. Why were screws changed twice in 4 months?

3. Why is there no record of these changes in job sheets?

4. Why are your engineers misbehaving and giving vague answers?

5. Why are your emails defending local screws as “normal” while claiming premium build?

    Almost 20 days of complain about repair of my warranty Washing machine.
    Two complain nos in 20 days but still it is not resolved.This problem created dipression problem and wastage of money too.
    After 20 days still I am not using my washing machine due to faulty.What problem and why it is delay no body convey us.
    Really very bad decission for buying any home appliance product from BOSCH company.No body is here to listen us.
    They only wants to sell his product and after selling, they did not do service in warranty also.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your team. I had logged a complaint on 09.11.2024 regarding an issue with my washing machine (purchased on 04.06.2022) under complaint number [protected]. During the call, I was promised that the issue would be rectified within 24 hours. However, to date, there has been no follow-up or resolution despite numerous calls on my part.

      This lack of response and follow-up has caused significant inconvenience, and I am deeply frustrated by the repeated assurances without any action. This delay is causing me considerable distress and is leading to mental strain. I kindly request immediate attention to this issue and resolution within the next 24 hours.

      I expect to hear from a service technician at the earliest. If there are any further delays, I would like to request a replacement unit or a refund as per Bosch's warranty and service policy.

        Firstly without giving a resolution you folks have closed my ticket I have even bought an extended warranty which is still valid thankfully and you people are fooling around. I have no clue what you folks are doing.

        This is really surprising and equally shocking to me your service folks did not resolve my ticket but happily cancelled it [protected]. They came first day asked me to see if Ice forming is happening for 3 to 4 days which I did and shared them the screenshots over whatzapp and the issue was still there.

        Also second time they came and put a machine inside my refrigerator and asked me to wait for 1 week after that they came and collected after 2 weeks literally and since they have taken it is totally 4 weeks and today I got to know they have happily cancelled the ticket such carelessness with such a big brand like BOSCH am sure it will be your reputation hit am going to speak about this to all my circles.

        You folks are pathetic and good for nothing,

        Every time I call your customer care the person says I will put you on priority. Is the priority being assigned to close the ticket without any resolution absolutely disgusting.

        Am unable to store items in refrigerator from past 2.5monts as they are constantly rotting such a pain you people are putting me through. No basic common sense in you folks to understand the customer issue.

          I am Anil Siddhpura from Ahmedabad, India. I have purchaged bosch washing machine in Jan'24 from the nearest store. It goes faulty last week Friday, 05/07/2024 and I made the complaint to customer service number[protected]. They assured me to visit engineer within 24 hours, but engineer came on Monday, 08/07/2024 and he checked that inverter circuit damaged due to moisture and it will take 3-4 days more to replace it. I am very surprised that why bosch has made this kind of very sensitive product. Everyone uses bosch washing machine in bathroom and they wash the bathroom regularly then why only I am facing this issue. If this is the case, then I request you to return my money and get back your product. One more thing, 7 days passed, bosch still have not given solution to my complaint so do I have to wash clothes? This issue happened two times in 6 months.

          Since a week, every day I make a call to customer service center for a solution and spending half an hour in conversation. I am really fed-up now with this bosch washing machine. I hope you understand my pain and seriousness of this issue so request you to buy back it. You can reach me on my phone number if you need any further information.

            Paid for a new dishwasher on 8th Apr'24 and was promised delivery in 15days. Dishwasher was delivered on 25th but when the person came to install it, we realized it was a damaged piece that was delivered. The technician helped raise support for the replacement for a new dishwasher which was told will be delivered in 5days but till now (21st May'24) they haven't replaced it nor have they taken the damaged piece back yet. Wrote to support teams and called them also but they havn't helped much. The shop is not even refunding the amount.

In November 2022, I made the regrettable decision to purchase a washing machine from your company under the assumption that it would be a reliable product backed by efficient service.               Within a mere six months of purchase, the washing machine encountered a serious issue, and what ensued was a series of service failures that have left me utterly dissatisfied and inconvenienced. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, the response from Bosch India has been shockingly inadequate and negligent.
              Not only has there been a complete lack o[censored]rgency in addressing the problem, but the handling of service calls has been egregiously slow and inefficient. It is utterly unacceptable that each service request takes well over 10 days to resolve, with no concrete timeline for resolution provided. Furthermore, the unavailability of essential spare parts exacerbates the situation, prolonging the downtime of the appliance and disrupting the daily lives and work routines of my entire family.
              The impact of this malfunctioning appliance extends far beyond mere inconvenience. The inability to access clean clothes has significantly disrupted our daily activities, including professional commitments, thereby causing undue stress and inconvenience. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution, the communication from your team has been grossly lacking in professionalism and accountability. It is appalling that we, as customers, are left to relentlessly chase after updates and solutions while receiving little to no proactive communication from Bosch India.
              In light of the on going issues and the apparent inability of your company to provide satisfactory service, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further. I am prepared to explore all available avenues, including legal recourse, to ensure that my rights as a consumer are upheld and that I am adequately compensated for the distress and inconvenience caused.
              I demand immediate action to rectify this situation, including the prompt replacement or repair of the defective washing machine and a formal commitment to improve the quality and efficiency of your after-sales service. Additionally, I expect clear and transparent communication regarding the steps being taken to address this matter and a concrete timeline for resolution.
              Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter through legal channels and file a formal consumer complaint against Bosch India.                 We bought BOSCH Front Load Washing machine in 2020, and it got spoilt a month back. The BOSCH technician inspected the product and told us that the drum is spoilt.

                We asked him to get it repaired by replacing the drum but he informed us saying drum of that model is not available now and hence we need to buy a new one and they will give us good discount on the new one. To buy a new one (Even after the so called discount that they are giving), I need to pay almost the same price that I paid for my old washing machine. I didn't agree to it as it is not my problem that they don't have that model now. I should not be forced to buy a new one.

                I should be given an option to get it repaired and I will pay for it.

                The model not being available now is not my problem. I asked them to provide me a new washing machine free of cost as they were not able to get it fixed for which they didn't agree.
                After reading all the comments here, I really feel that their customer service is extremely bad and we should stop buying their products
                Note : I had all these conversations with Manjunatha G (Manjunatha.[protected]@***.com), Area Manager of JP Nagar Branch and I must say that he is least bothered about the customer service experience and reputation of the brand
                We should strictly boycott buying BOSCH products

                  My refrigerator got faulty on 22nd February. I raised ticket with Bosch customer care on 23rd February. they took almost 5 days to align Engineer at home to check and the day he visited the home he charged 800INR for just visiting saying that this charge will be applicable for 30 days. after checking he told us that power board of refrigerator is faulty, and it will cost around 3350 INR. I had no choice at that time, so I agreed, and he left the site saying that he will come after 3-4 days to replace part, now almost 12 days passed there is not a single update from Bosch customer care, I have marked many mails and getting ack' in revert.

                  It is nightmare for me, If I were aware that Bosch will provide this type of service, I would never go for Bosch.

                  You can imagine how are we suffering to manage without refrigerator.

                  Really, I am feeling very cheated now.

                    My Bosch washing machine is defective and is causing damage to clothes. I have complained multiple times in the past, but the problem never got resolved. Infact despite requesting for senior technicians they keep sending the service request to the same outsourced agency in our area. The staff of that agency have tried to resolve the problem multiple times in the past and have failed despite charging for part replacements and service on multiple occasions.

                    I have already paid over 3K till date but without any resolution of the problem. I am not willing to pay anything additional now for a manufacturing defect. In fact, the service agency at one point started to cancel the appointments automatically as they did have any solution to the problem.

                    I believe the software programme of the washing machine is faulty and now the machine has started to behave in a random fashion even for the preset washing modes (sometimes does not spin; sometimes does not rinse, etc.). Need inhouse experts of Bosch to fix this.

                      We purchased Font load washing machine series 2 E-Nr : WAB1616IN/12, the machine was giving smoke and when technician visited they mentioned that Drum has been moved down and we need to change the entire drum part.

                      When we requested how much is the drum part they mentioned there is no stock of this model and if so it might cost around 20000 ( For this rate we could get new washing machine itself ) .

                      We bought this machine in high price so that it would be in working condition for more years but within few years this has occurred which makes as a customer to think whether it is really worth to buy product from same vendor.

Services guy saying its cleaning issue. they donot know how to talk with customer. if we are paying huge amount then we also know how to care. I have asked for repair but they said need to change drum and you will get 2 months warranty only. Its unnecessary up selling technique by company.

                            I had purchased Bosch washing machine (E.NR: WO1803S0IN/02) on 25/07/2023 from Prabhudesai Electronics Margao Goa. Sale bill Invoice no 8564. Within 8 days after the purchase, we observed that the machine started giving noise while washing/spinning. A complaint was lodged. The technician visited and replaced the drum suspension rods. Even after changing the drum suspension rods, the sound still continued. Again, a complaint was raised, and the dealer too was informed about the issue. We have no time for all these follow ups as we are all working. Lately we have observed that the top rim of the drum has scratch /rubbing marks all over. Again, we raised a complaint through the dealer. The technician visited on 15.12.2023 and inspected. We asked the technician for his inspection report for which he denied and said that he will have to speak to his Arear manager. We personally called up the Area Manager ([protected]) for which he replied saying that he is looking into the matter. We are still waiting for the reply and hope we will get our issue sorted out before the warranty period is over.

                              I am facing service issues with my new washing machine which was purchased on 06th Aug'23.

                              The engineer visited several time and replace various parts but still the washing machine is not working.
                              02 engineer visited and checked on the issue and informed again they are awaiting few parts.

                              Seriously very frustrating and Useless service by Bosch.

                              So I request you to kindly look into the matter to be solved immediately with replacement of the washing machine.
