Hello, I have lodged complaint regarding door lock issue of my front load washing machine almost 40days before. Complaint no : [protected]. Engineer had visited on 22 oct 2021 and told that door lock needs to be replaced. They will order it and fix within 3days. Till then I am chasing with service center and now area manager to get it resolved. Everytime they gave me fake assurance. Its my big mistake that I have brought your product. Its very difficult to manage from past 40 days. Dont sell your product if you are unable to provide service to customer. Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (3)

PLEASE CHECK THE BELOW CUSTOMER DETAIL

IN THIS CASE I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT YESTERDAY FOR REFRIGERATOR. COMPLAINT REGISTERED SUCCESSFUL. BUT NOBODY VISIT TO CUSTOMER PLACE. RSM SAYING YOUR COMPLAINT WILL ATTEND AFTER 2 DAYS.

AS DISCUSSED WITH RSM(PRAKASH) PRAKASH JI SAID WE HAVE 1 ENGG IN BULANDSAHAR TO MURADABAD UP,

PLEASE ARRANGE VISIT ASAP.
