Boscofinance Ltd (Rajasthan) — Loan - fraud company - collecting huge filling charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

Few days back i got a call from this numbers [protected] /[protected] for Home Loans and Personal for a 2% PA intererst, this company is called as BOSCOFINANCE LTD Rajasthan. And the person name who called me was Ms Triveni and Sonia. They are cheating people saying that they will process the online loan for very low interest, intially they collect the documents as per the norms of new loan application and then one by one they will plan to collect the amount from the individual.

Intially they asked me to pay 1350 for the filling charges and they said the loan will be approved within 4 to 5 working days and they asked for filling charges of 17750 and said if we pay this amount only the DD will be raised and at last they demanded for 10000rs and i paid the same and now they are asking for 26, 500 which is towards the insurance charges. everytime they will come back with new amount which we cannot offer.

Triveni said the amount whatever we pay is refundable but it is not, they even won't answer our phone calls and they are very rash.

I sincerely request you to take action against them and the company. am sure that they will continue cheat and fraud everypeople on the same manner.
