[Resolved] Bose — Pathetic service want my money back... | |||||
I purchased bose home theater product from croma store pacific mall anand vihar delhi purchase date is 03/01/2016 and having 1 year pan india warranty. Bose executive gaurav told me that if you face any kind of issue with this product you can take service from anywhere in india also at home but i am from u. P (Bahraich) and there service center is not providing me any kind of service i am very mantly hurted after buying this product i spent my hard earned money on it (53513ru) now it is showing wasted. I am from middle class family i can not take this anymore i visited service center of bose on 21/05/2016 at delhi center and he told me that it will be replaced with in 4 days (Service request no[protected] but now almost 1 month completed it is not happening i am very very disappointed with this kind of service. I also spent my money to carry this product from my home (U. P) to delhi. At the end i am very frusteted and i want my hard earned money back any how. I feel that i purchsed wrong product return my money immediatly as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
