I had booked a repair appointment for my Combuds as one of them wasn't sounding loud enough as compared to the left one, and I sent them from my place on 9th of June and it reached Delhi on around 19th of June and I got an email saying that they were physically damaged when they clearly were not, I had the device completely under warranty yet, then they said that they have dispatched my product from their station on 25th June and I still haven't received them yet.
When I try to email them they just spam the same mail that they sent me on 25 th Jun, I tried calling the customer care service and I was completely shocked at this behaviour, first I waited for 45 mins in the queue and once I got my turn, they picked the call up and that's it they just kept the call on and not a soul spoke a word. I was there waiting like an idiot trying to ask them to help me out.
I don't know what to do now and I'm starting to loose my patience, I try to keep calm as much as possible and give them some time but in the end this is what I recieve?
