[Resolved]  Boult Audio — Defective product

I have purchased boult smartwatch from Flipkart which was a defected product not charged properly so I courier the product to service centre in wazirpur on 3rd oct 2023, I did not receive my replacement product till now not have any information there customer support not even responding properly they don't have any valid reason for delay also they promised to remburs RS 100 for courier charges which was also not receive yet
