I have purchased a bolt curve headset in october 2019 on amazon portal, it was worked fine up to 3 months after i purchased it, after then i have been a facing connectivity issue with the bluetooth which it's not getting turning it on by press holding the button for a while even though it has full charge in it. Also it will turns off when i used to press the volume up button and it's not getting the voice (Turning off) when i turning it off as i was received the same in 1st month usage of the headset.
I'm facing the issue very severely whenever i gets urgent work to connect it to live process.
I appreciate your company if that the product would be replaced with a proper one in view of high privilege of your brand, otherwise it would leads to negative impact on your brand and amazon too for not providing genuine product's.
