Boult Audio — Boult Audio No response over Warranty Claim | |||
I had purchased Boult Audio AirBass Monopod Bluetooth Headset Date :[protected]. Now earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a ticket no[protected]ref:_00D2wCpJE6._5005i1eDRV:ref)) They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it. In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much. Was this information helpful? | |||
