I have purchased boult audio devise through Amazon on 04/01/22. The product was complaint and I have claimed warranty and I sent the product on 13/10/22. On 19/10/22 I received mail saying that my product has been successfully dispatched via ticket ID 00699480.
While checking the status every day, on 25/10/22, I saw the delivery status as "THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED''
I was waiting for the delivery agent's call or message but i didn't get any call or message nor the product.
I called customer service agents and spoke to them, they informed me they will raise complaint and it will take 8-10 working days.
after 8 working day, I called but they are saying that the product has been already delivered and we cannot do anything.
I repeatedly called again and again but no one is ready to help me and I even sent more than 10 emails and same reply is getting -The product has been delivered.
Its almost one month Iam repeatedly calling boult Customer service and today also i called and they are disconnecting by saying the product has been delivered.
As a customer I need justice. I have spent money and I need my produst
