I have 2 questions:

1. There is no sound in my Bassbuds Q2 headphones.

Initially, there was no sound in the right headphone. Right now, there is no sound in both.

Can I have the set repaired?

I live in Kolkata.

2. When will Bassbuds Q2 be available again for online sale?
