I bought boult wireless neckband couple of months back and now it is not working. I bought this product online by seeing good review comments over it but nothing happened as per my expectations.
The material quality also degraded in very short time. I want you to replace my product. It is in warranty period. Please contact me as soon as possible

Suddenly while listening music my right ear phone stopped working please do some thing either replacing another one or repair..Already my dad said not to buy that product saying that they will not work properly butt I insisted him to buy them now really they are not working...please do any thing...
