Boult Audio — Boult X1 wired earphones defective

Hello,
I'm Anuj. I bought Boult X1 wired earphones in March this year and it has been running fine until recently. The product is completely normal physically, no physical damage whatsoever but the left earpiece has stopped working completely.
Please, I need instant help.
