I have multiple technical issues in my earbuds, due to lack of service centre, i had send my product to Boult audio service centre by courier on my money. When product reached i received email that product is damage and we are sending it back without repair.
This is the Boult audio service centre who mishandled my earbuds
This is mishandling of Boult audio as i have video of packing and product is file. I also received unboxing video from Boult however that was invalid as i had put 4 seals on my box and while recording unboxing video that seal was already broken.
In unboxing video it seems the person opening the box already knows that case was broken from the manner he removed the cap

1. it’s not shown that package was not tampered from anywhere else... Where these staplers came from? Seems it's already Opened below the staples or from somewhere else
2. While packing i had put tape on all the four sides and while opening he opened the box without removing that tape means he has already opened this box before this video
3. From video properties and your file name of opening the package seems this video was recorded just sometime before my call and after my last email
Employee are the face of organization and Boult employees are following these practices. I'm very much disappointed

I had purchased that product in Sep'2021 and company is denying to provide warranty as its already in warranty. Its more than 7 days now and product is still with company. I want my product in fine condition
