    The case of the propods won't turn off everytime i charge the case uponn take the charger out the case's light doesn't turn off instead it remains turned on due to which the case's battery isdrained out super quickly resulting in frequent charging needs everytime i have theuse the propods the case's battery has been drained and i have to recharge it everytime before use

      Defective product

      I have purchased boult smartwatch from Flipkart which was a defected product not charged properly so I courier the product to service centre in wazirpur on 3rd oct 2023, I did not receive my replacement product till now not have any information there customer support not even responding properly they don't have any valid reason for delay also they promised to remburs RS 100 for courier charges which was also not receive yet...

        I have send my product to claim warranty on 22nd of August 2023. But I still have not received back my product yet. I did follow up multiple times and same kind of respone I am getting from them like they are looking on the issue and will resolve it on priority.
        I got an email from them on 6th of sep like below

        Hello from Boult Audio!

        Please be informed that your product has been received at our service center
        against Ticket ID: 01040020 via AWB

        Your fresh product will be dispatched to you within 24-48 working hours.

        Till now I have not received my product repaired back yet.

            Bluetooth earphone replacement ticket ID - 01123410

            Hello team,

            Since last one month I am following boult team to deliver replacement product on my address but they are making fool and not delivered product.please help us and recently same product was replaced by boult team and address was same but this time he is trying to make fool to customer in name of service. I have connected with WhatsApp as well on email but no support. Please help us and refer below raised complaint...

              I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio Earbuds X50 WITH 40 HOUR BATTARY purchased from "flipkart" on 10 th, may 2023.
              Yesterday suddenly the left earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.

              So I am writing this mail as the last option since the customer care number also won't connect.
              Kindly guide me through the warranty claim process. I was very happy with the product regarding the performance, range. Would like to keep using it in the future as well.

                  I used product of Boult Audio that is Boult Audio XPods.
                  And I currently facing issue in my earbuds case in which the battery life of the case is reduced. and after full charged between 2 or 3 hours it became discharged. and I want to change my Earbuds as soon as possible because I am continuously facing issue in my earbuds. In the month of June I also complaint one more time but the problem is still there.

                            My Order is still not delivered . Your Delivery Partner has not attempted any delivery and no calls been made to me and still it is been updated as Customer not reachable .

                            Delivery was suppose to be done on 17th August and everyday it is been delayed by customer not contactable . Infact the Delivery Person number is [protected] Khan Shad is continuously switch off since 17th August ticket ID[protected] rasied .
