Claim warranty

Dear Team,

I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio Strom X Earphones purchased from amazon on 30th AUG, 2020.
Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.
I tried raising a ticket at "https://support.boultaudio.com/portal/en/newticket", but the page won't let me upload the invoice and the pop up shows ``unable to process...

Warranty claim

Dear Team,

I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio ProBass Curve Wireless Neckband Earphones purchased from amazon on 8th NOV, 2020.
Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.

Neckband (Probass curve) is not working (No power on after charging)

No escalation matrix

I have raised a complaint with complain ID :- 60233, also get mail to pruduct recieved, and will dispatched in 3-4 working day but after 10 days when I call they are saying to re register complain and putting me on hold 5 to 10 minute each time. No senior person is there or they are not transferring call to him....

Please note my boult audio probass curve neckband unable to switch on properly right now, i have tried lot of times it shows 90% suddenly switch off, it is purchased on 7th oct 2019, have warranty period for 1 year so please help in this case, please resolve my problem asap, please replace and provide the information asap, switch on issue and battery is not holding for long time always trying to recharge so please help in this case to resolve...

Sir, i have use boult audio curve wireless neckband magnetic earphone with mice running the earphone for the last four months but it is not charging before 3 to 4 days. And charging point like red color is not indicated. Ii have a lot of work for earphone in the office.
Please solve the problem. Please treat this matter seriously and revert us through mail as soon as possible....

for warranty and repair

Boult audio is not working and it's not on.
When i am charging it, its sow a blue light but after removing charger it continues sow blue light.
When trie to open it, it is not on
When i put it in charging its sow that its charging full
But its not open
Its blue lite alway on like 5 to 6 mint
So i want to use your warranty card policy
Please tell me what should i do now
I want repair...

    I bought Boult Z40. It stopped working after 2 months.
    Very complex process to raise a complete or service request.
    I payed 250 for courier the product to service centre. Since 4 months over no response from customer support.
    Mail communication no response.
    Twitted in X to CEO no response.
    As of now no help.
    Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I purchased boult audio UFO from Amazon. They were working fine and completely well until yesterday one of the earphones (left) stopped working suddenly. I don't know exact reason. I still have my warranty left. Can it still be repaired or replaced under warranty and if yes how can I proceed next?

        I received faulty earbuds from Boult Audio, and I contacted them regarding the issue. They informed me that I need to return the product, and they would provide an exchange. However, I requested a refund, which they denied based on their policy. I agreed to return the product, and they arranged a pickup through their logistics partner, Shiprocket. The product was picked up from my location and has since arrived at their warehouse.

        Today, I received a call from them claiming they received a different brand of garment instead of the earbuds. They are blaming me for this, but I returned the same product I received. Instead of investigating the issue with their warehouse team, they have told me they are unable to assist further.

        Kindly look into this matter and assist me. I believe this may be a fraudulent situation, and I am requesting a refund for the faulty product.

          I am writing to request a replacement for my recently purchased Boult Z40 Pro earbuds. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing an issue with the call volume since I received the product. While the earbuds perform excellently for music and video playback, the call volume remains low even at maximum settings, making it difficult to hear during calls.

          I have tried adjusting the volume and troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Given that this problem has been present since the date of delivery, I believe it may be a manufacturing defect.

            but nothing is working while clicking Track shipment.

            also it says in there website as
            Status: Unfulfilled

            even i tried to whataspp them, but there Captain BOULT, a digital assistant. but that too is useless.

            please help me to get the product and its update. Thankyou or else if not working, please get refund from them.
