I received faulty earbuds from Boult Audio, and I contacted them regarding the issue. They informed me that I need to return the product, and they would provide an exchange. However, I requested a refund, which they denied based on their policy. I agreed to return the product, and they arranged a pickup through their logistics partner, Shiprocket. The product was picked up from my location and has since arrived at their warehouse.
Today, I received a call from them claiming they received a different brand of garment instead of the earbuds. They are blaming me for this, but I returned the same product I received. Instead of investigating the issue with their warehouse team, they have told me they are unable to assist further.
Kindly look into this matter and assist me. I believe this may be a fraudulent situation, and I am requesting a refund for the faulty product.
