I have given my damaged product for replacement through my guarantee card in the authorised service centre of boult audio on 12/12/2022. Firstly they did not delivered the product on my address and putted a wrong address for pick me up the product. But when I went to that address i got to know that the address was wrong, there were nothing related to the product delivery point. Then i complaint for redelivery on 20th December, then they told me that they didn't get the product yet in their warehouse, once they get the product they will redeliver the product as soon as possible. Again i complaint on 24th of December for the status of my product but again they told the same and today it's 1st of January but i still not got my product, today i complaint again but they are telling that they still didn't get the product in their warehouse.
