Boult Audio — My Earphone is not Charging

Hello Sir / Madam,
I have bought this earphone from Amazon on 02.03.2022 but now the product is getting charged . I have call to your BoultAudio Helpline number as they have said that you have email your product image as well invoice of your product purchasing .

As my product is under warranty, I need help from you.
Please reply to me for my convenience .

The power port is broken when I plugin to my android charger.
