Boult Audio — Neckband voice issues for earpieces

I had purchased the boult neckband on 28th May 2020. From past few days audio is breaking for both the earpieces and sometimes right ear piece wont work.
I have to attend the calls for more time during my work as it is not possible with what I have.
I'm attaching my invoice bill here.

Could you please replace my neckband as I have one year warranty.
