Registered warranty complaint on 8th of April 2021, under Ticket ID 00072356 for not device not powering on.
only automatized mail replied received from company end.
i myself call Customer support for update on complaint, customer support executive said device will be picked up in 72 hours
again myself called customer support for and update on 13th April 2021 as there was no pick up was done beyond 72 hours.
customer support executive are not responding the properly to customer.
and this the 2nd time device stopped working Was this information helpful? |
