OR should I assume BOULT does not have qualified customer support professionals to sort such basis things.
Just for the refund of my courier charges you asked me
1) to fill a form
2) Gave a voucher
3) Verify with OTP, which I never got.
Why can't things be simplified. Why can't your accounts team just transfer the funds to my bank account??? They have the correct account details.
Also you mentioned that the IFSC code entered by me was wrong, that is incorrect. I have entered the correct numbers multiple times.
Even after over a month of follow up, if this is the service you provide to a customer who is a senior citizen, then definitely I have the right to take this to the consumer court and ask for a remedy / compensation for a month long harassment from Boult. Shame on Boult.
