Boult Audio — No response regarding the warranty claim of earphones | |||
I have purchased Boult Audio BassBuds X1 6 months ago. Now one side of the earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a email of sucessful registration of ticket and nothing else. And they didn't recieve my calls. They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but it has been over 3 days, and I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it. I called the customer care number multiple times but there was no response, they didnt take the call. In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much. Was this information helpful? | |||
