Hello Team, Old TicketID: 306435 New ticket Id: 00009969 i don't know what exact repair you guys did, the product is once again not working. It says Power on, Power on, Power on but not connects. Sorry to say I am totally disappointed with the product and service. Totally waste of 900 rupees for product and 400 rupees for courier charges to repair product that to from Bangalore to Delhi. Most importantly you guys are made me lose the love and interest in Boult Audio wireless products. I was supposed to take 2 more products for my family members but now ...?
